Melanie's Miracle, Little Elm TX

I used to use this cleaners quite a bit. As soon as the wife started working the front counter the service changed drastically as well as the prices. She provided poor service and then wanted to argue with me about the services provided. I will not be doing business with them any longer.

So I normally use Legend Cleaners off Eldorado and 423 but they weren’t there yesterday when I stopped off to have my Pottery Barn blanket dry cleaned as it states on the instructions. They stated to either leave my garnet or take it to Melanie’s Cleaners across the way.
I did and the lady there was pleasant. I stated dry clean for my blanket and she said pick up next day. All was good and I left. The blanket instructions clearly states dry clean only. I’m not sure what happened aside from someone either didn’t dry clean it or they put it in a machine because my Ombré blanket (3 colors) is now 2 and my blanket looks beat up and frayed.
This wasn’t a cheap blanket even with a discount I paid $80 at Pottery Barn. This blanket has never been taken to the cleaners until yesterday and now I wished I hadn’t bothered.

If I could add pics of the before and after, I would but if it helps, the cleaning instructions aren’t even recognizable which I a clear indication the blanket wasn’t cleaned properly

Will I go back? No.
Will I recommend? No.
Are they nice folk? Sure.
Would they have known that this is an issue after cleaning? 100% yes bcz I had 3 colors (blue, light blue, cream) and now blue and medium blue, no cream in sight.
Should they have said something? Yes as any decent person or business should!

I used Melanie's for the first time this weekend - they were the 3rd place I visited before finding someone who could get my clothes done same day! After a misunderstanding abut their closing time, I realized I had missed the pickup deadline by 30 minutes. I called, the owner answered, and remembered me from that morning. He had already left, but turned around and came back to meet me so I could get my clothes! GREAT customer service! I will be back!

I have been using Melanie's Miracle services for years now. They are well organized and have the best customer service for dry cleaning! I will recommend you check them out and you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to this place since last few months and their service has been really good, never delayed or any issues at all. The owner of this cleaners is awsome! I had to work later on Saturday so I called and asked him how long will he be open. He told me they were already closed I was disappointed because I needed my things for the weekend He asked when i needed them I told him Sunday morning He told me that they are closed on Sunday but he would come in early Sunday morning so I can get my things. What great customer service!

Never had any issues here, clothes always smell fresh and clean and reasonable prices. I left my last cleaners because they kept putting holes in my shirts for the tag they used this place has done no damage to any of my shirts at all. Seems a lot of the negative reviews are older and pretty sure they have new owners now. I would recommend them to antibody!

Do not go here if you care about the condition of your clothes.

I have complained no less than 5 times about them breaking my buttons on my dress shirts.

I showed the lady my brand new shirt that had 4 broken buttons, she said maybe the shirt is old.
I said no mam it’s brand new, so she agreed to replace all the buttons.
Just picked up cleaning, all 4 broken buttons still on shirt.
