21Worst customer service along with bad communication. Been banking with them over ten years and the disrespect and customer service from manager Gloria was horrible. This was the last straw and definitely moving to another bank that appreciates my business.

Have read the reviews and have to believe they pertain to Waco Branch, not the Marlin Branch which I have been a member of for many years and have nothing but praise for them.
I have banked here since 1977 and I am well satisfied with them. They have always helped me- through the good times and the bad. I would recommend them to anyone.
Policies are unfair to low income members. Also when the office clerk shook my hand it was loose and limp. If she didn't want to shake my hand a simple hello would have been fine. I don't think I will ever be a member again or recommend.
I have been with them many years and have not ever had a problem and if i did they took care of it love the people just wish they would get atm for deposit

Seems to try and nickle and dime any fee that can out of you. I had paperless billing and automatic payments set up from the get go. And still getting erroneous charges that were supposedly fixed and wouldn't happen again, three times. Their customer service is pretty much f you, we dont care if it was our fault, give money.
I moved to another state without physically walking into their building to tell them as I did not have a forwarding address when I moved. Now I owe them money for returned mail. I've been a member for 37 years and get treated like this. Unbelievable. Next time I am physically in the building will be to close all my accounts.
This place is a joke. Paid off two loans with this bank on time every payment. Have 8000 down to a new car and they still won’t work with me. Anybody looking for a car loan I’d advise to go elsewhere!
When we were going to buy our house they made it real easy for us and got us in the house within two months.
Not the regular workers there but the management is awful. They walk around with an ugly look and don't smile back at you. Not friendly at all.

If you have a loan through them and have to make a payment over the phone they over charge you.
Honestly, they suck. They will try to hit your account early for every fee they can possibly soak out of you
Don't expect to get your money back if someone hacked your account! It's been almost a month since we had someone use our bank account for fraudulent charges and we have yet to see any of our money back. We brought it to their attention the day it happened (it was still pending) and nothing! It's only $50, but that's the account my daughter's health insurance comes out of and it put us in a huge bind. Educators Credit Union actually gave us our money back the same day while they fought for the money back. The only reason we have this account is because the mortgage and car payments are through them.
Annoying reps who think they can do whatever they want. Leaving nasty notes on my door for a previous tenant who obviously owes them money. I have called them and told them the individual they are seeking no longer lives here. The rep has told me he will continue to do "whatever" he wants and I can call whomever I want to complain about his actions. I will never use this business for any reason considering their attitude.
I've had a great experience banking here. They take security seriously. On multiple occasions, I've had to confirm my identity by other means other than my driver license in order to prevent fraud. While it is annoying, I am thankful they do that for my protection! Will continue banking here for a long time.

When I closed my account because I moved out of town, this bank charged me a over draft fee because my insurance accidentally tried to draft a payment out 2 weeks After I closed my account! I found out 2 years later and paid them it is still on my credit report! Even when i banked with them, I had many problems they have very bad customer service.
