Love the MAC! Been coming here for 7 years and it feels like home. Clean, updated equipment, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this facility if you’re looking for a family friendly environment.

I love this place! The instructors are very knowledgeable and do lots of continuing education.

The gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained.

If you're currently working out at one of the big chains but don't like it, this is place the place for you. People aren't busy posing for selfies instead of working out. They're working out. Hard.

Howdy all. I’ve been coming to the MAC since March ‘22. Due to Houston Rodeo finest food menus and options, I gained a few lbs. Joined the MAC and have lost it all plus more. The MAC has so much to offer. New cardio machines, super cool pools, classes, workout equipment, trainers that go above and beyond in making sure you're on the right track, and genuine welcoming staff. I'm glad I found a friendly fitness center! They really care about their members.

The MAC is a true gem of west Houston. Friendly staff, lots of family programs, and tons of great equipment. New treadmills and literally every strength training machine you could want. I love that I can come here and not feel overwhelmed (like I usually feel at chains like 24hour and LA fitness). It’s a peaceful atmosphere with truly lovely people who care about your experience and health.

The best family-friendly gym for anyone. Whether you are looking to bulk up, cut down, or want to set a consistent routine, the MAC has it all. Vibes and atmosphere are all around super welcoming and refreshing!

Omg I love this place! Its HUGE, so well equipped gym and so clean! Two big awesome pools, wonderful jacuzzi area and good sauna. And its not expensive!

I joined this gym in 2021, and I had a great experience. I was able to use the safety bar and the competition bench press without any problem.
If your looking for old school powerlifting, this is the gym for you.
