Very positive experience with my exam. My optometrist provided various options from driving glasses to mono-vision contact lens options.

After being being verbally abused there by front desk employee "Stephanie Naunan" aka fake name she gave me "Stacey", I will not give them my business. My Mother and husband like the doctors there, but after how I was treated my furious husband will no longer go there. He said they are snobs & unfriendly. Sad.

There is one particular staff member who is condescending and I brace myself for it when I call in or arrive for an appointment. You get the sense that he's lost his patience for people asking a question or two or not having the correct information right off the bat. I get that a lot of patients can be dodos and maybe even unreasonable, but I am not one of those and if anything, I prepare myself to be super respectful with this staff member hoping to dodge his condescension. It's an unpleasant experience, but this location is the one closest to my house, so I just deal with it as I have been going to various Memorial Eye Centers since high school. Today I decided no more and called another location for my needs. The rest of the staff at the Westchase location is great, but the interactions with the aforementioned staff member are rude and completely unnecessary.

STEPHANIE NAUNAN (she lied to my mother and told her her name was STACEY and laughed about it thinking we were that dumb to believe that fake name) at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was sneezing over and over not covering her mouth, wearing no mask with customers in the lobby. It was DISGUSTING. She was literally sneezing all over the lobby and front desk. My mother did have a mask on. She was sneezing so much that even with her mask on it was still DISGUSTING. STEPHANIE had the audacity to raise her voice and argue with my elderly mother because my mother politely mentioned to her about the sneezing and how there’s other customers in there. My mother almost fell and she yelled at her saying “you better not blame me for that! ” She went off on my mother which was uncalled for. First of all my mother was right and was saying what everyone was probably thinking that she’s NASTY for repeatedly sneezing spreading her DISGUSTING germs all over the place. She’s mad for being called out but you’re in a workplace environment with customers at a doctors office/healthcare facility so her response was UNCALLED for. Next time cover your nasty mouth and maybe customer’s won’t have to call you out.

I had to get a second opinion because my eye site was never corrected properly and that is a lot of money.
Cathy Roberds/ my phone number and email is on file at the Royal Oaks location.

After my second opinion I was told by Jessica that I could return the unopen boxes that I had to pay for even though the prescription was incorrect. Now I am being told by Richard in the Royal Oaks location that I can not return the unopen boxes for a refund but they will give me some of the contacts in exchange that the OTHER DR prescribed. I asked him why I had to pay for contacts that don't even help me see. I was kind enough to understand that I couldn't return the open boxes but the unopen boxes make NO SENSE.
To add to the fact that my prescription was never correct
I went to that office 4 to 5 times trying to get it corrected but they didn't have samples for me to try so I had no really never had a chance to agree that it would be good but only was a guess.

I recently had an exam with my daughter at the Westchase location. Dr Ly provided us with so much information and she was very nice. We loved their selection of frames! Great experience.

Dr. Holbrook was very good. Explained all of my test results. The staff was very professional and accommodating.

Inviting environment and appreciate the financial transparency in the exam portion. Only thing I would ask is that I received a more thorough walk through of my final invoice for glasses and also to go over my benefit amounts before starting to pick eyewear. Overall a great experience and would come again for the fast experience.

They do a great job with both kids and adults. My 11 year old enjoyed his visit. Staff was able to tell me our insurance benefits upfront and integrate that information into selecting frames and lenses that would not cost an arm and a leg.

Been coming here for a few years now, reliable and friendly staff, unless you have good ins it can be on the expensive side, they do carry name brand frames and contacts ranging from affordable to expensive.

During his exam he was asked if he wanted to do tale an image of his eye, my son is scared of going to the Doctors and declined, however during his eye exam with Dr To, she remembered that he likes Pokémon and brought him a Pokémon card. Her soft and gentle voice earned my son's trust and she asked if he wanted to try to take the image and my son agreed on his own. He said she is nice, this is the first time he has ever made the decision on his own and I appreciate Dr. To for her great service and staff.

I love Memorial Eye Care. Dr. Kim To and her staff are the best. They gave me the best care and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m glad I choose Memorial Eye Care. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their eyesight! They’re truly the best

I used to go to the Wilcrest location but I am so glad I have accidentally scheduled an appointment here. The selection of frames is better, and I very much enjoyed interacting with every member of the staff. Dr. Amelia Holbrook was very friendly and efficient, and took less time than most doctors to pick the perfect lenses for me and update my prescription. Special thanks to Richard Le for helping me pick new frames and navigating my insurance options.

All I can say is I have been with them for over 20 years! I may have had to use a different Dr in one of the branches but I always got back to Dr. Holbrook as quickly as I could. Now that I can see her and my favorite Eye Tech Broderick together at the Wilcrest location I am so happy! Loved the eyeglass displays and selection at this office too.

Everyone was great and friendly except the lady that brought me my glasses. Unfortunately I do not remember her name.
It wasn't that she was terrible but everyone else was Super Nice compared to her.
Olga was the first to take care of me to pick out my glasses-so thank goodness Olga was my first impression person.
If the person who made sure my glasses fitted was the first person to help me-I would've probably kept looking somewhere else.
I hate I can't remember her name-just that she was an Older lady.
It bothered me that when she brought my glasses to me. She just went about preparing the items and never spoke to me-so i spoke to her. Like-Hello there is a person sitting here.
Instead I just said Good morning to acknowledged she had not said one word to me. Felt kinda Rude or absentminded-since she was a bit older?
Everybody was Super Friendly and professional and this lady became friendly after she sat down to help me.

Friendly and professional staff. My first time using this office and I felt very welcomed. Things were explained to me during the process. Great selection of frames. They worked with me to pick the best fit, look for me.

The doctors use the newest technology to examine my eyes and helped me choose frames. The only suggestion I have is to explain to customers that the frameless glasses, while they are extremely flatteringl, they are fragile, so take extra care. I hope the mfg will come up with a stronger solution bc i cn be clumsy at times.thnk you.
