Doctor was very experienced and caring, staff was very friendly, minimum waiting time. Excellent service.

Everyone here is so kind and helpful! They were extremely patient while they helped me figure out my insurance and very thorough in going over some health concerns I had. They were amazing about helping me find new glasses as well, my new pair are so comfortable and they fit my face much better than my old pair.

First of all, Dr Tavares was good and easy to work with. Problem was all the hidden and deceptive charges. They really nickel and dime every penny out of you, incorrectly charge insurance, and don't tell you about up-charges until after the appointment. There are better choices. Go elsewhere unless you're ok with this kind of practice. Only reason it's 2 stars was the doctor.

I have been coming to Memorial Eye for over a decade. I love how I am treated by my doctor and the staff. I even drive into Houston from Katy to continue services after the move from West Oaks Mall. I highly recommend using this facility for your family eye needs.

I loved Memorial Eye Clinic on Wilcrest. They were knowledgeable, the dr diagnosed cataracts in both eyes, and it was easy to find an inexpensive pair of glasses to use until my cataract surgery is complete (when my vision may change again)! I recommended my husband also go there and he loved the visit as well.

The exam was extensive and conducted professionally. Dr. Linda Enciso Is attentive and very knowledgeable. She worked very hard to make sure I had contact lenses that worked perfectly for my life and my work.

I have been coming here for years. They fixed my glasses which I purchased somewhere else. Never had an issue and always quick service!

They managed to fit me in same day. I didn't wait very long and the friendliness of staff is enough to continue going here! Definitely reccomend them. They have a pretty nice selection of glasses, I found my new pair in about 5 minutes and I'm pretty picky!

The staff was AWESOME! And very informative. The doctor explained everything to me and the eye exam went smoothly. There pricing for eyewear is very reasonable and they excepted my insurance. Great experience! I would recommend all my associates and friends.

I hate getting my eyes checked, but they make it very relaxing, and the staff there is very competent, professional, and I get the feeling they are looking after my best interest.
