Will never ever go to this er again just to be told nothing is wrong and all my test results can back fine as to which they wasn’t I seen them for my own eyes need more doctors instead of nurse practitioners I wish I could give double zero from the way I wasn’t listened to or cared about. I sat 4 hours to be told nothing was wrong which is in fact a lie I’m sicker then ever or else my doctor wouldn’t of sent me to the er.

Labor and Delivery/ Mother Baby… outstanding! I had a wonderful birth experience here! Dr. Riggs, Dr. Udoh, Nurses Mieke, Mary, Rachel, Lizabeth all were exceptional! Wonderful bedside manner and I could tell they took pride in what they were doing. Awesome patient care practices and I’m so happy I came here. Thank you all for your compassion, kindness and care

I know everyone’s experience differs but my experience at this hospital was outstanding. ER department was absolutely fantastic everyone from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses.

A magnificent hospital with +10 star care, the attention of the doctors and nurses is wonderful, always with a smile on their faces. I have no complaints about the workers of this spectacular Hospital.

Went into the ER bc I am unable to get pain manageable from 2 herniated disk in my neck. I spoke with the nurses in Triage and provided them with the list of medications I had been taking without any relief. I end up getting roomed in the ER and provide my nurse with imaging done 3 days prior and again let him know what I’ve been taking and that I’ve had no relief. He proceeds to tell me “ you are too stiff, you need to relax” then decides to put me in a neck brace without consulting a physician. When he tightened the neck brace I had a sharp pain shoot through my neck and it began to throb. The ER physician came in a few minutes later and proceeds to pull the neck brace off me and says “ that was a terrible idea, not sure why he would do that”. I reiterate the pain I’m in and the medicine I have been taking without relief.

He says “ we will try something else” then says nurse will be back in to administer a muscle relaxer shot and he will prescribe me new meds to manage pain until I can get in to see a specialist.

Nurse comes in 10 minutes later with muscle relaxer shot and the same medication I’ve told them hasn’t been working. I express that this is the medicine I have at home and I’ve said I’ve gotten no relief. He then says “ well maybe it’ll work now, and if it doesn’t just take two” the recommendation from the nurse was if this opioid pain medicine doesn’t work then just take two. WOW!

So I left the hospital in more pain because of a neck brace I never should’ve been put in, with the exact medication that hasn’t been working.

All I'm gonna say is I got a CT scan in the emergency room back in august and they found a cyst on my kidney and chose to not disclose it
I had to find out 72hours layer on the radiology repot idk about you but I don't know if I can go someone where they hide your own medical info from you

I’ve always had really nice people attend me. I’ve gotten Joel twice from the emergency room. Always talking calmly, is patient, caring, and when he takes out blood, doesn’t hurt one bit!

I needed coffee while waiting for a family member in the ER. The starbucks stand was closed. I went to the cafeteria and the cafeteria cashier, A'Mariel took me over to the Starbucks stand, let me get coffee, and checked me out. That was so SWEET of her! Made my day. Our ER nurse, Nicole was sweet and attentive as well. She explained everything in detail and we really appreciated that.

I had to have two surgical procedures not even two weeks apart. I would like to thank foods services for making the experience pleasant. I order food and was given the wrong food the manager brought me a tray to make sure everything was correct. Thank you Tycita for caring doing a hard time in my life.

If I could give them a zero I would. Don't waste your time or life with this place. The service we experienced was horrible and the worst. My son was admitted to the ICU and I had to advocate to get a scope to determine the issue with his stomach. It took them two days to get it done, but not without me constantly asking when would it get taken care of. After releasing him from the hospital I noticed on his discharge papers that he had an infection that no one bothered to inform us about. I've been calling the hospital for 5 days (30 times) trying to get information or why he wasn't given antibiotics. No one can give me answers or return my calls. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional. UPDATE: The doctor called this morning and stated yes he has an infection and will need antibiotics. Guess what now everyone that enter his hospital room has to get tested for the a staph infection. This is most incompetent hospital ever. Please don't go there if you value your health and life!

I never go to ER unless I’m in a lot of pain in which I was. This was by far worst ER visit ever. Arrived at ER at 3am went to back was sitting in back room for about 2 hours in pain no one checked on me to even see how I was doing could have been dead no one would have known due to no one checked in on me. Only thing was going on was a lot of giggles and loud laughter cackling as I call it with the nurses. I walk out could deal with pain at same time frustration and I went to HCA Houston HealthCare North Cypress was seen by Doctor with 15min arrival received shot to help with pain and all. Lesson learned will never go to Hermann again.

I had to deliver my baby there most of the nurses was very sweet and my doctor was amazing they did a amazing job

Completely missed an appendicitis. Me and my family will never be coming here again. 0/0 do not recommend!: (The female doctor had poor bed side manor and was more concerned about pushing us out without answers.

This was left inside my vagina after a hysterectomy even after my doctor told the nurses to remove it after surgery. I got home and during the night I started with a sharp pain and noticed that a piece of the gauze was sticking out of my vagina. I started to pulling it out and the pain was severe. I contacted my doctor and she told me that nurses were supposed to take it out and she was reporting the incident to the hospital.

I had to take my friend there to the ER. Very low wait time, professional attitude among staff. The nurses and staff had great communication skills. Explained all procedures beforehand. The PA was excellent getting a medical history from my friend. Excellent evaluation skills. As a nurse I was very pleased with what I witnessed. My friend was admitted and the same continuity of care followed her to the unit.
