Unfortunately this doctor reaffirmed my distaste for doctors. Maybe it’s inexperience-she seems very young… but she has horrible bedside manner and either doesn’t know or doesn’t care what to do.

She basically told me I’m just old and should try to exercise … (“these things happen with age”) and that there’s “nothing else she can do” outside of a basic blood panel that had no abnormalities. After insisting that something is wrong… she then said “maybe we could do an ultra sound”.

Definitely would not recommend.

Scheduled my appointment at this location two days in advance came in for appointments and front desk told me i am so sorry but this provider is not accredited with your insurance.go next door to urgent care.rude and disrespectful wasted my time my insurance has been on file for 6 months why was this not verified in advance.

The medical staff are not nice to new patients, nor should work in a doctor's office at this point. I could not schedule an appointment with Dr. James Truong because the medical assistant said that my insurance is HMO, and therefore I could not see the doctor because a different doctor was listed. I explained my previous doctor refused to see me because of an insurance issue, but the medical assistant STILL refused to help me schedule my appointment! Why in the world would you allow patients to come in to see a doctor with an HMO plan if you are going to turn them down? ! The front desk receptionist even hung up on me, and she gave me a difficult time when I first saw Dr. Truong by making me pay a copay when I have disability insurance! I was told by BOTH of my insurances I do NOT pay a copay! Don't come here, it's a waste of your precious time and resources!

What a joke.
Chose this hospital because it’s closer to my new house than my old one and what a mistake. Am here over an hour before I’m slotted to be the next called back only to get kicked back and someone else put in front of me. What the point of signing up online to ‘hold my spot’ when as soon as my spot is up they give it to someone else?

Taking the extra time to drive to my old hospital from now on.

Very easy to get in, listened to what my symptoms were and took great care of me, I'm on the mend

Had a great experience being treated for a very painful infection. The entire staff was very efficient and most of all friendly. It probably took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Very professional staff, polite, very helpful in discussing the problem, not rushing the visit.

45 min for a simple flu shot - not convenient. 'Process' might warrant review.

To be clear - this is the urgent care/Go Health unit.

I've been here several times and have always been very pleased with service, staff and doctors.
