2Horrible urology department. During my first visit on Feb 10th, the doctor said he will write a prescription, but forgot about it. There was no response to phone calls and messages. Again on March 17th once I complained, another doctor finally wrote a prescription, but the pharmacy could not decipher the prescription. They wrote back to the doctor but still have not heard back. To get a proper prescription it is a struggle.
Scheduled a medical procedure in late February for Early April and was told this hospital would let me know the time. My procedure was scheduled for April 5, and the hospital would let me know the time of day. Here I am on March 31 and not a clue as to when to go in. Made arrangements for transportation and time off. What an inept institution.
