Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, Houston TX

Had my son a month ago. We where rushed for emergency and let me tell you thry where great! Hospital staff was compassionate, patient and caring. It was a very difficult experience since my son was only 30 weeks old and they made me feel at peace! Every nurse, Dr treated me with care! The NICU department are amazing as well! My son has been well taken care of! And i feel peace that he is in goof hands!

Memorial Hermann SW Hospital is the best place to be there because the place is for people with caring and compassion and respect!

I just wanted to call to your attention if there is personnel that supervises the performance of those who cares for the patients in the ER? Found myself visiting today the ER at Hermann Memorial Hermann Hospital at Beechnut… I’m not complaining with regard to their attention…they were very attentive… is just that I observed that the Nurse in Triage ‘was shaking’ and I plainly could see she was under the influence of drugs; she decided to take an Electrocardiogram and instructed me to stay still… 3 attempts were made; the first 2 failed because she kept ‘SWAYING’ back and forth and couldn’t stay still!
I know they are under a LIT OF STRESS but there should be personnel who supervises these workers to see if the work is so stressful they may need to be care too!

The most trashiest hospital ever. They have the most nastiest, rudest, unprofessional, non compassionate RNs I’ve ever seen. Had an RN in ER Services talk to me so crazy, I definitely reported her to the BON. No type of patient care professionalism. Don’t come here for ER services. They’re triaging from the lobby and not enough staff to even fast track or see patients. How you never have beds? Y’all short on HSK too? This hospital is only good for L&D. Everybody else is a total waste. RNs talking about patients in their faces, they’re rude. They act like you’re beneath them. For whatever reason. Some people can’t be taught virtues. They’re just here for a paycheck. Down right sad. Covid costed them some good quality workers.

Horrible service! Went b/c i passed out…i was suppose to get my head/brain scanned & also get a EKG on my heart b/c i was short of breath but instead i sat in the waiting room WEAK needing a breathing treatment, I SAT THERE FOR 7 HOURS! Only thing they did was check my temperature! I finally got called to the back but never gotten a MRI on my head nor a EKG on my heart! They gave me meds through a IV & sent me home! Mind you, i had a horrible migraine & one side of my body went numb & they gave me BENADRYL!

Was having a signs of mis carriage no one tried to see me was in the hospital for hours no help.u will die here they don’t care

As of today this hospital has lost a patient from the 10th fl room 1025.

The pt is not mentally stable and I was call about an hour ago to pick him up from the hospital and that they will escort him down in 10min.after 20min no show I was soon informed the escort just let him go down by himself and now he is missing.

We now have a missing person in the hands of Memorial Hermann Southwest. This not acceptable.

My sister waited their all day! With no medicine pain all day! They send her home my mom comes home nurse Tayler Rodgers calls the phone screaming syaing she calling the cops I then proceeded to tell her that no one attended her no one gave hr medicine that she was rude to my sister the whole time and proceeded to not call the cops I wonder why!

I delivered my baby on my own because the doctor was un attentive along with not taking my pain serious, and me, letting them know that I was ready to push and she was coming out.

Was there to visit a family member today who is gravely ill. I will not be too graphic but the care was less than adequate. They are making the person use a diaper because they don’t want to bother with getting them to the bathroom or using a catheter. I had to ask to have the old blood flushed from his ivy needle which isn’t even being used but is tearing up the persons arm and clearly hurting them. The person is too weak to eat or drink on their own and has no ivy yet there are no attempts to give them any liquids. No feeding tube to help them eat either. They look emaciated. They also are leaving this very sharp and uncomfortable hard plastic pressure check arm sleeve on their arm all the time and it’s clearly very uncomfortable. Total lack of care about the patients privacy or comfort. Steer clear of this place.

Place is dirty and the nurse Anjaly is very rude, and does not care about the patient. If she does not like helping patient why is she there.

This emergency room is the worst. My daughter has been very sick and has had to go to this emergency room several times in the last few weeks. If I could give a zero star, I would. The wait times are horrific and they treat people terrible here and provide no information as to the reason why the wait is so long. She is going on 9+ hours this time of waiting to be seen while vomiting the whole time in the waiting room and her doctor sent her there to be treated. This place needs to be shut down and I will definitely be reporting to the medical board, health department. No human, or animal for that matter should be treated this way.
