My husband has been treating with the doctors at MMRI and he is singing the praises of the staff. Amazing team and I’m thankful to have the help us during this difficult time.

Came here for a venous Doppler bilateral lower extremities ultrasound exam. Place was clean, front desk was polite, and Lori (ultrasound tech) made sure I felt comfortable. She explained the process. Overall took about 40 minutes. Once I checked in, I only waited for about five minutes. I’ll definitely return again if needed.

It has been two months since my visit to Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, located at 1900 N Loop W, HTX 77018. I’ve had multiple MRI exams in my life, but never anything like this. I was handed only tiny ear plugs for hearing protection. Over the next 45 minutes of imaging, the plugs were completely ineffective. I stopped the session multiple times due to the painful penetration of noise. Each time, the technicians insisted: “Nothing we can do, sir. ” As a result, the ringing in my ears continued the rest of the day, the rest of the week, and now a full eight weeks later, I have sustained tinnitus.

Again, I have been through multiple MRI experiences in my life and I have never experienced any problems with noise penetration. Why didn't I walk out? I needed the results, so I protested, I asked multiple times for improved safety measures, but ultimately I made the painful decision to stay, hoping and trusting I would not suffer permanent damage. I have now filed a complaint with insurance and relevant public agencies.p. S. There was a 2nd issue. During the final minutes of imaging, I had an allergic reaction to the injected contrast. The technicians didn’t notice, they simply pulled me out after 5 minutes, disassembled the guides and head padding, and said: “… we couldn’t get images, sir. You’re done now. ” I asked if they had noticed the violent spasms I was experiencing (uncontrollable sneezing inside the tube). “Sorry, we couldn’t see anything, sir. ” They only knew the imaging wasn’t successful. Because the reactions had ceased, I asked to complete the imaging. “We can’t go back, we’ve disassembled the padding. ”

Believe me, I will not be going back to this facility.

I made my appointment two weeks ago. When I arrived, (45 min drive) I was told the MRI machine has been down for a month also, my insurance did not send over the authorization. They rescheduled for another location, giving me 2 days till my docs appt. I called my insurance and was told no authorization was ever sent. Memorial MRI called back stating they were canceling my newest appointment until they get the au from my insurance. I explained the urgencyto them to no avail. Then I was told they only sent the au to my insurance yesterday. I asked for a manager and no one was avail. No call back yet. I would give 0 stars if possible. Save yourself a headache, a blank trip, and a missed appointment with your doctor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The schedulers will not answer their phones. Spent 10 minutes on two separate occasions on hold waiting for somebody to answer. Called and spoke to the operator and she took down my information for scheduling to call me back but never heard from them.

Your first Steroid epidural injection can be a stressful decision, while reading all the “potential major side effects”. TodY was my day!
If your procedure is performed by Dr. Lee, it will be flawless, pain free, and absolutely perfect!
The procedure “team” that helps Dr. Lee is great and friendly and will inspire confidence right from the beginning.
The procedure is not as bad at all, pain free and quick. I will highly recommend it. I still have to wait for the results and how the pain will cease, after this procedure.

Asking for Dr. Lee is a must!

The receptionist can be a “turn-off”, as she looked very annoyed and very unfriendly, so don’t be discouraged by her attitude! If you pass the reception, everything else is great!

From the front desk, to the nurse assistants, nurses, and doctors, everyone was so professional. I had an endoscopy done here and it really was one of the few times I felt at ease before a procedure. They make sure you are ok and well informed before starting. I got multiple calls to make sure I was feeling well two days after. I really was impressed. This is how patients should be treated during any procedure.

From the front desk to the r-ray area, everyone was professional and kind.
Their kindness came naturally. I won't mind coming here again because I know how I will be treated. I thank them wholeheartedly.

Everyone was great, especially the three gentlemen that did and monitored my epidural steroid injections, it was not at all as bad as I thought it’d be. I love that they made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before going in to do get the procedure done. I 10/10 recommend this place, very friendly and caring service. Thank you Memorial friends, for taking care of me today the way you did!

Loved the experience, it went smoothly and Sabrina was so kind and helped make this such a smooth scan that had me feeling comfortable and calm! Thank you so much!

Worst place to go to for any service.
Had the most horrible experience and decided to write a review, and then saw several folks had written similar reviews.
The 4 star rating is fake, you can get 8 review with 5 star and your rating will be 4 star add another fake 25 reviews and your rating will be 5 star (which helps deceiving the client's) this place is completely mismanaged and have no sense of customer service. The technical staff is Indian (as they are cheaper and come from India on 2-3 year contract to make dollar income.) never go to this place if you have another option. I am talking about the location on Highway 6 @ 11211 South hwy 6, Houston Texas. This location is not fit for even 1 star!

Fast, Friendly, and really clean. The nurse was very patient with my 2 year old. He actually gave her a chance after a while.

I’ve needed to receive ultrasounds and CT scans within the past couple of years. I prefer this location (1900 southloop & Ella) based on the convenience and the amazing staff. Working with the public, especially during the pandemic, has to be extremely stressful. The entire staff has been consistently pleasant, understanding, and very compassionate with the patients that come here. I see it with my interactions with them as well as other patients in the clinic. I appreciate them and highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs the services that they offer.

Highly recommended! I came in for two things, mammogram and an ultrasound, at first I was told I wasn’t scheduled for the ultrasound, it was about to turn ugly considering I drove almost an hour from the other side of town just to get there. The lady who checked me in made it possible for me to do both, even though it is not her fault that scheduling messed up, she owned the mistake and informed me after checking in with her supervisor that they can do both the same day. The wait was minimal, considering they had to squeeze me in, the ladies at the check in desk were nice and pleasant to everyone. The lady who did my mammogram was very nice and she walked me in process, that was a big deal to me consider that was my first time and had heard horror stories about mammograms. The lady who did my ultrasound was nice as well, although that ultrasound was more uncomfortable than the mammogram she did it with ease and was apologetic about the pain. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s terrified to do their mammogram to go there. It’s a breeze!

I went for a small bowel follow through. It was my first time there so I got
a bit nervous but everybody was so helpful! They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and was out within an hour

The staff at MMRI and Diagnostic are incredible! I appreciate all the hard work this team puts in to take care of all their patients.

I had an appointment at 1PM and i got there on time and as soon as they registered me, they called me inside and in a few minutes they done all the X ray without any problem, everything was very clean and nice, thank you

I had an amazing experience here during my appointment. The steps that they take to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are great. The receptionist was professional and polite. My MRI procedure was very thorough and efficient. The tech made sure I was comfortable and offered a blanket due to the area being cold. After my procedure, I had a little trouble getting up from the table due to my lower back and the tech without hesitation assisted me. Amazing staff all around! Would highly recommend this place.
