5I’ve come here several times before and had great experiences however this trip i got my kids and i yogurt and went to pay and was told they don’t except $50. No where on the door or register does it say that. I’m angry because now we are having to leave out without our yogurt and my 5 year old and 2 year old don’t understand why we don’t have our yogurt. They don’t take Apple Pay either. So I’m aggravated because both my kids are fussing and had to leave to get change, and the cashier could care less.
The review would be higher if we didnt have that experience we had today.
Went in today, no one was in there, then the girl quietly comes to the counter, doesnt greet us or anything. When I go to pay, I have to remind her to put in my phone number twice, she never even asked for it. Then, after we leave, I see on my receipt that there was a 5$ credit that she did not tell me about. Super annoyed. Hoping I dont have to be serviced by her again.
Never had this issue before. Always felt welcomed by other employees but Rachael seemed to be in her own funk or something.
Oh, and if anyone is curious, they no longer have the toppings in pre measured containers. Nope. They're back out for maskless people to sneeze all over.
Made my first Menchie's Monstrosity:
Fro-Yo Base: Toasted Marshmallow, Vanilla, Cookies n' Creme
Toppings: Crushed Graham crackers, granola, Reece's pieces, brownie pieces, cheesecake pieces. All topped with marshmallow sauce
Plenty of choices available, clean location and places to sit outside. Staff member was quiet but not unpleasant.
This is a can't miss. My granddaughters love the outing and the price is reasonable. The staff is always very sweet to my girls.
