I was absolutely disgusted by the service that was provided here… as we walked in they did not greet us or say anything both the girls that were working tonight were just on their phones lollygagging around there was no customer service what so ever and when they had no one actually buying the ice cream they went to the back as if there was no people in the store which there was.i was just completely obliterated on how this store was run i i could have atleast had a hey welcome in but got nothing.and then then i checked out she poke very fast and in a rude tone as if she did not want to be there and if she doesn’t go work somewhere else 0/10 never going back

Great flavor selection, loved all the ones I tried. The strawberry and the cheesecake one were probably my favorites, they go great together. Topping selection was also good, really enjoyed the mochi, just wish there was a bit more fresh fruit variety for toppings.

We used to go to similar self-serve frozen yogurt chains in other states and loved them. This was our first visit to a Menchie's and we were underwhelmed to say the least. The selection of flavors was meh. Two machines were empty and the flavors they did have were less than exciting. I had the cake batter, vanilla, and chocolate milk - each had a weird taste to them. The chocolate was the best, but still not great. There were a ton of topping choices, which was nice, but when our yogurt was rung up I almost fell over when the cashier announced the total! I didn't notice a posted price per ounce, but it had to be double what I was used to paying elsewhere. Our first visit will be our last. Too many other better options out there in my opinion.

We came in and my daughter had brought a picture of herself that she had received from her daycare. Instead of handing the picture back to us. They threw it away. When I asked if they had found a picture, they dug it out the trash can.

Excellent healthy alternative to calorie dense ice cream and custard options. The milk has more probiotics than most yogurt shops because they source it from California cows! I love this about Menchies.

This used to be our favorite frozen yogurt shop. We went in Friday afternoon as a special treat for my daughter and we were greeted so rudely that we should've just left. We barely got in the door and the cashier barked at us to put hand sanitizer before we touched anything. While I see this as a reasonable request it would behoove her to say it nicely as we are the customers. We're just going a little farther down the road for a treat next time.

We were long time customers of Menchies and specifically this location up until COVID hit and they closed. Yesterday my wife got the craving and we called up to see if they were open for in store. We went down and there was a very nice girl who directed us to the chalk board and hand sanitizer. The board has instructions for getting your yogurt. All the toppings were individually packaged. It felt completely sanitary and I appreciate the extra steps they took to ensure the doors can remain open and provide a safe experience for their customers and staff. Thank you Menchies!

As a couple of other reviews stated, the employee with the long blonde hair was not very friendly and borderline rude. As we walked in she basically yelled at us to put on hand sanitizer and read the board. We were more than happy to do all of this, but felt unwelcome and were doing something wrong just by being there. The yogurt was good, but there are other places we'd rather give our business to if we feel unwelcome.

I like that they are portioning the toppings in little cups but I really wish they would maybe put half as much in the cup and let you pay a separate price for the cup of toppings, not for the weight of the whole cup, if they are going to continue this separation. It makes having multiple toppings kind of pointless because you are forced to spend the weight of a whole cup that is enough for 2 or 3 people. Otherwise, love this place!

Great yogurt and I like that they require a mask! They have sanitizer and have all toppings cover. Highly recommend!

Your employee with the long blonde hair specifically said our two year old needed a mask in addition to the 4 and 6 year old. Those two made sense. If you're employee made a mistake, that is understandable. Since you were not around, perhaps you should consult your employees before stating what occurred did not occur. This was also well before mandatory status.

My husband and I and older two kids had masks on.

I have had many conversations with the owner of this place and complimented him on the cleanliness of the shop many times and I know he recognized us the days he worked. He was not there on this day.

You are taking an opportunity to correct actions of an employee and make it right by a loyal customer and you are messing it up.

My family repeatedly enjoyed this establishment, bought cakes for our birthdays, had menchie points accounts and spent hundreds of dollars there since you opened. We made sure people knew to visit you and I thought you were reasonable operators.

Not owning up that your employee made a mistake is not good leadership and not even asking for a call to reasonably address a loyal customers complaint is poor management and shortsighted.

Are you also accounting for the weights of the plastic containers for each toppling? Or is the weight container part of the charge?

Your employee made a mistake and was very rude about it. Own it and make it right.

Just your standard good frozen yogurt shop.

The thing I would really like to point out is how much I appreciate their willingness to protect patrons and workers by holding true to their face mask policy.

At a place with so much open food (for toppings), it becomes that much more important to adhere to safety measures. Major kudos for not buckling when an occasional selfish person (like someone I know that gave a 1 Star just because they were mad about the policy- M. D.) comes through refusing to face mask!

I preplaced a order on Grubhub, for delivery at 7, that Grubhub decided to cancel at 6. It wasn’t that big a deal on my end, but a worker at menchies called me and left a voicemail aggressively saying they had report me to grubhub for wasting their food and time, even though I had no idea what the situation had been. The whole altercation has made me hesitant and uncomfortable about ordering from them in the future.
