Menchie's Frozen Yogurt reviews
12Delicious yogurt in a variety of flavors with an exceptionally large selection of toppings. Don't forget about their waffle bowls!
Our favorite location and the prices are great, especially compared to some other places. I like that you get to pick your toppings yourself, and they made it very safe with covid. The employees are always friendly when you go in, and I always have a pleasant experience.
Very very nice and the service was phenomenal! Julian is a great person as well as a warm hearted worker
The gloves are still a total pain, but the yogurt is good! Happy the masks aren't required anymore.
Love the flavors and it is perfect for warm days. The yogurt is sweet without being too sweet so you can get away with adding extras without adding that much in the way of calories. I tried two of the newer flavors, pulled them together with fruit and boba and I was a happy camper. I do plan on coming back.
Let my kids and I through the door and gave us time to get all gloved up before kicking us out because we didn’t have masks. Once the kids were loaded back up in the car, they came out and offered us masks if we needed them. I’m glad I didn’t stick around to find out they were selling them, because I probably would have told them to screw off. BTW, other Menchie’s in town don’t have the same mask policy.neither employee or patron are required to wear masks at some of the other locations. For the record, I’m totally cool with a place of business requesting the use of a mask (even this late in the pandemic). I’m not cool with my kids being jerked around. They were so close they could almost taste it!
For some reason it smells like urine in there. Not what I want in a place I expect to be very clean. I never even tried the ice cream.
6/13/21 and they are still requiring masks to enter and moved all the seating outside so you can sit in 105 degree blistering heat with no shade. We were in here several weeks ago and you could sit inside with no mask and eat. Every business sounding them doesn’t require a mask. Oh well completely loss our business. It isn’t shocking it was completely empty on. Sunday at 12: 45p.
I'm sure your yogurt is good but my party of 4 left when we were told to wear a mask. I've had covid-19 so I have natural immunity. The other 3 people have been vaccinated. You will not be getting my business till you get rid of your mandatory mask policy and know that there are many people who feel the same way!
Trying to force people to wear mask even after everything has been lifted. So ridiculous and trying to charge those 1$ more. Would never give you guys business again
No mention of mask mandate until you visit then charge a dollar for mask.i hope that profit on nask is better than repeat customers. Franchise owner or management are trying really hard to deliver sub par service with policies and employees to the point i was wondering of they are sabotaging for bankruptcy
A go to spot on a hot day. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, very clean and a variety of froyo.
