Feels like it went downhill. Half the flavors were gone. Some tasted really off like peanut butter and chocolate. Cashier was listening to music and seemed like she really didn’t want to be working. For 2 cups, you are going to be spending around $20 here. For a quick date you should go somewhere else instead

It is a great place for a sweet treat.the restaurant is clean, and the people are very courteous.

Very inconsistent service and flavors. We are always looking for dairy-free flavors, and menchie's sometimes offers a non-fruit based one, and sometimes doesn't. Any time I ask about dairy-free flavors coming back, no one knows, or the rude girl who works here just says, "no". When I asked about dairy in a topping, she said, "I don't know", but did not offer to look it up in the book that is under her register. When my daughter and I both said, "Thank you! ", she just looked down at her phone and didn't respond. We have experienced more kind and helpful staff in the past, which is why I gave more than 1 star, but the girl there consistently at 4pm on the weekdays now is not the most customer-focused or pleasant.

Awful. Just moved to Friendswood, only 3 flavors working and all the toppings were empty. Piles of yogurt under the machines. Counters were sticky and not clean. Won't be back.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The cheesecake was out but still plenty of delicious flavors to choose from.

I love frozen yogurt but unfortunately not everyone makes it great. However menchies does a great job at creating and making some good flavors! I also love that it is self serve, it's fun to be able to create your own cup! I had a cheesecake flavor here once and man it was so good but I never got to get it again, if it ever comes back please tell me!

My family loves going here. I like that they almost always have a vegan option since I can't do dairy.

Menchies is always a good place for a desert! While this location always has 1 or 2 machines not working when I am there, they still have more than enough flavors to make anyone happy.
Update- still a good place but now they have 3 or 4 machines not working and it's also a bit warm every time I go now.

Visit of today was not the best. No regular yogurt flavor and most of the fresh toppings were not available.

They have a good variety of flavors and a ton of toppings to choose from. Tasted very good and had the perfect amount of sweetness.

Never try to spend too much time in here but whoever was working tonight gave me a free spoon ayy thanks man keep up the good business

Exceptional! I ordered multiple flavors for my team at work - the flavors were creative, totally delicious, and we loved all of them! I plan on ordering again soon.

My order was pretty.melted even though I heard the doorbell and immediately got it. It was dripping everywhere. Can I get a credit. I am 82 years old and love this yogurt. But will.not buy again because it melted so ba s. Thanks
