Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, Houston TX

Came here and they literally had nothing to offer. They were out of everything and the ones they had that were available were messed up. I will never come here again. The worker walked into the back as soon as we walked in and didn’t say not one word to us. This place is a no go. Whoever comes here must be desperate because this place is not it.

Free waffle cone Wednesday: no waffle cones. Someone has to mix it and it will take 10 minutes. Do you want to wait? No.

7: 45 - 9: 00 pm. Filthy tables. 3 machines down. 1 employee preparing to leave by bringing in tables and chairs and checking out customers. Just close at 8. Useless.

The desert was great my boyfriend and I loved it! However the customer service by this young lady was Extremely poor! Not only was she rude by specking to us only in Spanish which is racist! But after we had our dessert my boyfriend got up to get a drink and pay for it this Girl refused to cash him out until a family of 5 was done pick their dessert and paid for it! Even though my boyfriend was clearly in line first! In addition to that the line continue to get longer as a father and his daughter were approaching the line they advised the girl to go ahead and cash him out first she then said “ No i’d rather cash you out first” overall very poor service by this girl she needs to learn some manners if she wants to continue in customer service.

The quality of this Menchies has severely deteriorated. My husband and I used to come here 4 times a week for a tasty dessert. We won’t be coming back. The last 8 times we’ve come, over half the machines have been out of service and the ones that are in service are of poor quality. The Froyo consistency is terrible. The cold toppings make no sense and come in large chunks that aren’t desirable in yogurt.

We used to love coming here but lately Sweet Frog has performed much more consistently.

Our favorite yogurt place in the heights, fresh ingredients, nice and clean. Staff not the friendliest.

Cute location but lacked a lot things. Most flavors were out, they didn’t have a lot options for toppings, the fridge was empty and it wasn’t the cleanest place. The frozen yogurt itself wasn’t the best either.

My favorite frozen yogurt place! It's usually well clean, well stocked and the pricing is fairly reasonable considering you really get to get in there and customize your dessert in endless ways. Great choice of froyo flavors, (I believe there's 10-12) and a ton of topping options (probably about 30-40 toppings). Load everything up as much as you want and enjoy! It's perfect if you have kids but I also tell my buddies it's a great date spot as well to break out of the norm.

Good flavors, clean, quality service. What more could you ask for?
*Updated: went Thursday March 3rd about 20 minutes before they closed and the young lady working behind the counter was very rude and had no interest in having anyone in the store. We ended up leaving purchasing anything. Hopefully this is a one off experience as all the other times have been good. *

This Menchie's is such a great spot for a treat. There's usually something for everyone, even vegan and sugar free options. Tons of great topping choices as well. Best frozen yogurt anywhere. I've also rented to food truck to come out for clients. What a crowd pleaser.

Love the place. Has limited but tasty frozen yogurt. The floor might be sticky when u go to get some frozen yogurt, but the table and chairs are really clean to enjoy the treat. I would try this place out.

Wow, I came here with my daughter and she was so excited, but couldn’t even get frozen yogurt because they were out of spoons, they didn’t even seem to be making an effort to get spoons ASAP, they just left us standing there. So disappointed.

They had very slim options to choose from and three of them were out. The spoons everyone uses were extremely sticky which grossed us out. We will not be going back to a menchies.

Yummy flavors and all the good toppings and sauces. Pay by weight of your creation. Not always super cheap, but it's good for every once in a while or when you can limit yourself on the toppings. This location was clean and staff friendly

I visited on $5 Monday and still didn't buy $5 worth of yogurt. This was my second visit to this location. I had forgotten how fro-yo could be such a good treat. This location is always clean and the employees are always courteous. I will continue to stop in for my occasional sweet treat!

This Menchies is very clean and I like how they have made changes to keep their employees and customers safe. I really like how they are going above and beyond with trying to stop the spread of the virus by putting all toppings in individual containers and how they offer gloves to pour the yogurt. BIG Thank you to Menchies for that. Also the staff is very helpful and always seem happy to be there. The 2 employees that have helped me have a great Menchies experience are Karli and Bella. They always seem happy to be there and are very helpful towards the customers.
