Menchie's Windsong Ranch, Prosper TX

I am not a big fan of frozen yogurt but bumped into Menchies and by seeing th crowd, decided to give a try.

It was different from other ice cream stores, may be I haven't seen another frozen yogurt store.

Anyways, it's self service. If you are unsure about the flavor, not to worry as you get the luxury to taste the flavors

There was this host named fab (don't want to reveal their full name), they walked me through the entire process of and was courteous in asking if I was a member and added my numbersince I wasn't. The host was also kind enough to give me three spoons inspite of me dropping it 3 times straight and they were smart enough to give me bag so I don't embarrass? Myself for the nth time.

Coming to the taste, it was pretty decent (its frozen yogurt and not ice cream). You get to add toppings, sauces, waffle? Only got few swirls but that itself was very very heavy.
Menchies charges your credit card by measuring the weight of your bowl (smart), so be carefully in filling your cup if you can't handle all of it. Their service was very good and they also have outdoor sitting.

Will I visit again, I wish but unfortunately I am not a fan of frozen yogurt but if you? Are a fan, you will again, again and again.

It was my first time trying menchies and the staff (Kynlee and Madison) were so helpful. They helped me decide which flavors and topping to get. Great customer service and frozen yogurt!

Love the environment! Very clean and great staff. I was paying and the had the best customer service by Rebeca! She’s the best, will definitely go back.

Ok, I release my experience here so that you can prevent unpleasant situations.if you are a member and go for a yogurt and for whatever reason you forget your wallet, but you have already given your number to the cashier, be sure to check the application.in my case I went in and told the cashier that I have the phone number as rewards and she confirms that I have 5 dollars in credit, then in a hurry I had to go back to the car to take the debit card because I had forgotten it and cashier asks me do you have the number with us? And I tell her, yes, as I already told you a minute ago, and she tells me you have no credit, and then I say but how? ! If you told me yes and among other things the application also told me yes, and then one of the owners comes out and angrily tells me it doesn't matter I give you five dollars treating me like a beggar, in the end I found myself abused and heard a liar, when I'm not, and plus the amount for the next $ 5 from $ 14 went up to $ 25.so, mistreated as if you were a poor liar who needs $ 5, plus the amount in the rewards application increased.be careful

A family favorite. Always have new flavors. It's kept clean and stocked on toppings. Cakes are amazing.

Always enjoy eating here. Take my family regularly and have had them make cakes for birthdays and such. Always delicious, hasn't disappointed.

My son loves Menchie’s! He asks to come here at least once a week. We love coming to this location - the owner is always so kind when my wild 4 yr old gets excited in the store. I appreciate that they also carry non-dairy options as my daughter is allergic to dairy. The Dole Whip reminds me of Disneyland. I also ordered my son’s birthday cake from Menchie’s and it was delicious! I wasn’t sure how a frozen yogurt cake would hold up - but it’s frozen hard and it’s much like an ice cream cake.

This Menchie’s location is amazing, staff is always super friendly and not to mention the the yogurt on point and a well sorted topping section that’s always clean! Keep up the great work!

Two froyos were $24. Kids preferred milkshakes at nearby chicken place or ice cream from golden arches for 1/4 of cost. Alternatively, go to Kroger and let them pick out pints of ice cream. Or have the froyo experience, just know what you're paying for.

I often go to my local ice cream shop, but today's workers were rude and my children had to wait too long to check out. The ice cream has already melted in their cup. I don't want to come again!

My grandsons LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place, and now so does Nana! Wish it was closer to me, though. But I'll be back.

I give this store 200% just celebrated my birthday and will only order my cakes for any occasion from Menchies! They're cake is on a different level it's fit for a king, queen, etc. If you need a cake they are your one stop shop.

Allows you to customize your own ice (frozen yogurt) cream which is great. But it's much expensive than traditional ones like dairy queen

Stopped in here tonight to get me and my kids some fro yo.terrible terrible.girl at register had such a bad attitude. I couldn't believe it not even a hello.nothing.plz get better ppl working there.and she watched me when the tip screen came up. I put 0. I never tip 0.always the first!

Just another stop on my wife’s birthday month. We came to Menchie’s frozen yogurt and it’s really really good. The wife had the cake batter flavor and I stuck to the traditional chocolate. We met two of the employees Adam and Alice both which were very kind very helpful. The place was immaculately clean. We had a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
