Mendocino Farms, Dallas TX

Food is good/fine, but the online ordering system seems to be dysfunctional more often than not. This is the third (and last) time I've tried to order ahead, only to receive an email from their automated system 10 minutes before pickup telling me that the order wasn't even transmitted to the store. I'm a busy guy and there are too many other options for me to waste my time with this poor UX anymore.

This was my first visit to a Mendocino Farms restaurant. A friendly staff member helped with my order selection and brought it out to my table. The November to Remember sandwich was quite tasty and the kale salad equally so. I'd recommend Mendocino Farms for a tasty sandwich, salad, or soup. I'll return to this location in Dallas soon. Maybe tomorrow:)

I never have considered eating plant based meat before until I found this place. The Unreal Reuben sandwich is better than the real thing. It’s so good! The lunch line was a bit long (sign of good food) so get there early if you have meetings at 1p. The whole area is under construction at the moment so a bit difficult getting there, but definitely worth the trouble. Parking is in the building garage in the back.

I like the ambiance of the facility, the food is great and diverse! Ave, Tia & Lettie are great servers and hostesses! I can imagine the team behind the scene! I've seen the place get swarmed during rush hour and let me tell you miss Ave knows how to clear a house with satisfied customers! I highly recommend Mendocino farms!
My personal favorite are the pork belly banhmi or simple chicken strips with house bbq sauce.

I absolutely LOVE Mendocino Farms, I used to live in Addison and would go to their Addison location on a regular basis. I'm kinda sad that now I'm not close enough to this location to get it delivered but I definitely love it. The Dallas location is very nice and cute (as all of the tbh) their food is amazing and the thing that will always blow your mind is their quality of service. I always recommend Mendocino so if you haven't tried it please do

Great food. Dont order for delivery though. Delivery is through doordash and your not gonna get your food.

I've worked in downtown Dallas for 10 years and this is by far one of my favorite places! Their food is so good- fresh, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious.

Delicious and so cute! I loved their vegan bahn mi and the curry couscous. So flavorful and fresh! Highly recommend.

So disappointed. I order almost $30 in food and was flabbergasted when I received my order. I was missing an item and the portions were very small. I usually don't mind the portion size but if I finish a side in a few bites and half the container is still filled with juice, something is wrong. My other side was bland. Idk if I picked the wrong things or something. I was so excited to try this place too after I saw their vegan options

I am OBSESSED with the Vegan Ban Mi. I want to order something else but I just can't make myself.

Great concept with many allergen accommodations but regardless of those food is fresh, quality and tastes great! I've only ever ordered lunch to go from here but we're repeat customers. They also have superb customer service and if you ever have any issue with your food, reach out and they will make it right.

Highly recommend their Summer Heirloom BLT which is a LTO deal. They don't cheap out on the bacon (you know how other places will use tissue paper thin bacon or only put one strip torn in half) and thick cuts of heirloom tomato. They also have a tasty honey drizzle that elevates the sandwich. Their Impossible Taco Salad is great even if you're not avoiding real meat (and I'm not!). It has this good crunch and slightly spicy dressing. And their Mama Chen's salad is a big hit at my office too. Salad To Go containers are also good!

I ordered an impossible burger and got delivered a pork belly sandwich. I do not eat animal products. This is an inexcusable error.

I put in my order on door dash and then waited an additional half an hour for my food once I got to the restaurant. It was 10 people in the kitchen.

Fantastic chain that is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores. Everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommended!

I ordered the impossible taco salad and it wasn't tasty as I expected. Servers are friendly. The button to get water from vending machine was broke.overall nice place to have lunch, good service but the food could use a little bit of improvement.

Normally I'm not impressed with chains or franchises. Mendocino actually offers some really fresh healthy options for lunch or dinner. If you're looking for a sandwich or salad to go this is most likely your place.
