Was my first time going and getting fitted for a suit ever and Ruben helped me out and helped me find what I was looking for. Nice place

Great service, even with covid. They do limit how many people in the store at a time so it would probably be best to make an appointment.

I have attempted to get in contact with anyone from Men's Wearhouse for the past week and I have gotten nowhere. The chat system seems to always be down or no agents available and closes itself off. I have emailed them twice with zero responses. Very frustrated with this company, as I am not able to communicate anything regarding my wedding to them.

Sabrina was great! Helped me pick out new suits for a new job. She took her time and made sure everything was right. Great experience. Glad I came here.

Sabrina was awesome. She seemed to read my mind as she picked up on my preferences with very few descriptors. I was able to put together nice ensembles. I hope to go back and be helped by her again. The person who helped me when I went to pick up my alterations was solicitous but not quite as good.

I arrived the morning of a big event super unprepared for that evening. After working with Sabrina to help find me the perfect suit and her knowing that I needed it for that evening she went above and beyond to make sure it was ready later that day. My event was a hit plus my daughter and I had a great time while looking amazing. Thank you Sabrina and management for helping me looking amazing for my first daddy’s daughter dance. I will definitely be back and recommend this store to all of my colleagues as well.

My now husband looked great including the grooms men. Wish the return date was not the next day after your wedding since most are hungover. They could do better on that.

This place was great! I went in and worked with Valerie, she was super helpful and really took the time to find something that was right for me. She offered a variety of solutions and wasn't pushy when I changed mind. Customer service is important in the line of work I do and when I hire, I look for people like Valerie. Personable, friendly, and helpful.

I would like to give this Mens Warehouse a 5 stars. Joshua was very patient with me, he was very courteous and polite. He was a blessing that came my way. I will be back to rent more tuxedos.

Overall our experience was Fair-Good.

Our First visit was 5Stars hands down. The associate was extremely knowledgeable, knew which wedding we were part of and had all her items in check. We were in there less than 5-10 mins. And that includes her explaining expectations.

Pick up of Rental for sizing and fitting was certainly 0-1 Star as a different associate seemed more focus in her cellphone than attending to Customer for fit issues. She wasn't listening to Customers suggestions to solve fit issues and expected us to take Rental and deal with fit issues at home Not acceptable. After getting more demanding that we weren't leaving without proper fitted Tux... Someone else had to come in and salvage the situation but by that time we were already upset and knew this situation didn't have to happen this way. Bride and Groom will be voice complaints too about this particular associate that needs improvement on her customer service.

So far the Tux Rental didn't fit so they will have the correct one for me on Friday. Will update later.

This store is a joke. The past two times I've gone I have walked around for 15 minutes without one person who works there greeting me, asking to help, or if I had any questions. They focus on the prom kids first because they know it's money.

My son and I had such a wonderful experience! Mr. Darrian was very patient, and had our best intrest every step of the way. I left happy, and wise with the choices I made regarding my son's tux. I highly recommend if you're looking for great quality- GO CHECK THEM OUT!

Fast friendly service. You buy or rent tuxes and suits here, ladies FYI you cant rent a man here

I purchased a suit for my wedding. The representatives were not helpful or friendly so it was difficult to find a suit that fit well. After purchasing the suit, I put in an order to have it tailored. I was contacted by Men's Warehouse and informed that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up, the alterations had not been made. This happened three times. After the third time, I gave up and just took the suit without any alterations. The suit pants ended up tearing at the wedding due to poor quality of materials.

Horrible service.actually no service. I am the bride and I set up the appointment for the groomsmen They showed up about 20 minutes before me to get everything ready so we could look at What we wanted. When they showed up the people said that there was no appointment made and we have to show them the picture of it that I saved. They asked if we were buying or renting and we said we work sure yet we wanted to look at our choices. They said if we were renting then they couldn't help us today only if we were buying could we look at stuff. Then they went off to help somebody else and we just started trying on a few of the outfits with no help. We left and nobody said goodbye or anything. Made a appointment with a suit company named limspoke. He was very helpful and friendly, set up the appointment within 2 hours. He is making 7 suits custom for us. Great price! Mens warehouse at this location just lost out on a lot of money. Like in the movie pretty woman.big mistake. HUGE!

The service and suit selection at this location is second to none. Valerie has assisted me twice with picking the right suit for my wedding.she is very attentive, patient and has gone the extra mile to make every detail just right.

Beautiful store, excellent service. But, I was appalled at what the young woman clerk was wearing to work. I asked one of the gentlemen clerks if her outfit was considered professional wear, and Dangme, he said yes.
When did a sheer pink turtleneck halter, pink with black lace trim, worn with sparkly pink spandex pants become professional wear? With a jacket, sure.but with a sleeveless top, it was obviously datewear- at 2pm.
I guess I’m hopelessly old school now. If you sell suits, wear a suit or dress that reflects the professional look you sell. Or go across the parking lot to the gentlemen’s club.
