Men's Wearhouse reviews
16Jermaine did a great job helping my husband find a suit. First one to ask if we needed anything.
We going to keep this one hundred, bear knuckles, you need a suit for any occasion’ no matter what’ you come look for Bradford at the i-10 and Fry location. Make a long story short he saved me, the best man of the wedding, from looking ridiculous and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smooth till the end. I put it to you like that. Y’all don’t believe me? Ask Bradford how he saved that big Mexican from the wedding.
When you go to buy something, they treat u as a king, but when u go to return, they treat u ad a hopeless. Plus they are very very expensive from the market.
Great experience. The associate that assisted me while young, was extremely knowledgeable.
Im very dissatisfied and disappointed in how they treated my sister and my family today at this particular location. Once they arrived no one greeted them or care to help them find what they were looking for. There is a lot of improvement need to be made in the customer service area.
Costumer service was below average. It took awhile for anybody to greet or attend my family and I. For the most part they ignored us. Until one of the workers was nice enough to come and service us. Nobody seemed to care, and most of the employees were goofing off instead of doing their job.
Terrible experience with a young man who measured my suit. Too loose around the waist, too tight at the ankle. Jacket looks as if it wasn't even tailored to my specifications. Vest doesn't fit either.
Nice clothings. They have it in all shades and sizes. Only thing they need to stock up on is kids corporate clothings (suits, pants, shirts).
I cannot express enough praise in writing for the excellent customer service I experienced on my recent visit to Katy, Texas and Menshouse #1105. The manger introduce hiself upfront when I came in, asked what I was looking for. Because of my "large" frame I have not been able to find sport coats, jackets, or suits with good fit. Was only in that area from Dallas to visit my wife's friend in hospital. While the Mrs.was comforting her gal pal, I thought would be a good time to go jacket shopping. Was expecting a long afternoon. Pleasantly surprised to be introduced to sales person Riley; young with a great positive attitude and listened to what I was looking for. We immediately came across a black sport coat that felt good. A little tailoring is all that was needed. I was in and out of the store in leass that 20 mins. The alternations were excellent as my jacket arrived safely a few days later at my home. Thank you Mens Warehouse for another excellent experience of shopping with your stores. Great customer service is the key to successful busines. Bottom line nothing esle needs to be said or explained.
Continued success and all good things.

I'll come back for sure. Riley was so nice and generously helped me with assuring my suit looked as good as possible. Could have given a 10 out of 5 if that's possible.
Sales guy tried to tell me I needed suit pants a size larger than I wear. When I put them on and they were clearly too big in the waist he said they could be altered. I said how about you just give me a size smaller. The waist and seat fit perfectly. He then told me I should have the length adjusted without my shoes on. What? How is that supposed to work? I kept my shoes on for the length measurement.
The jacket was a bit snug at the waist and I asked to have it let out a bit.
When I got to the register and they added the alterations my $300 suit had become a $460 suit. I complained and got no reaction. I told him never mind and that I was gonna pass on the suit.
I'm convinced now that trying to convince me I needed pants a size too large was just to jack up the obscene alteration charges.
Lost my business permanently.
Thank You Bradford for your customer service and support, helped make shopping experience well worth the time and drive!
I live in Montrose/ Midtown and I was searching for a specific shoe turns out they only had the shoe in 2 locations in Houston (Pearland & Katy) I called Katy to Reserve the item and later picked it up.
My transaction went so smooth and I’m super happy I was able to be served my Bradford!
Thanks Mens Warehouse
Be careful with this location. The young man that "helped" us was more concerned about watching a TV show instead of attending to us. I did not realize initially that he was doing that. I thought that he was waiting for his coworkers to bring us the items we needed for my husband to start trying on the different pieces. But, I quickly realized that he was only talking to us about the transaction during commercials. Mind you that there were no other customers there. The biggest issue we had was with incorrect measurements. My husband is a big and tall man, and the young man (who was by the way similar built as my husband) asked another employee, a petite young man, to measure my husband. I saw that the young man was having issues with reaching around my husband's chest to measure him. I brought that up to them, and the taller young man said that this is the only way that they will learn and that they would have to deal with situations like that when he is not available. I said that is ok, as long as the measurements are correct. Well, coming to find out last minute that the measurements were incorrect! They never emailed or called us that the tuxedo was ready. So, at 5pm on the last day (a Thursday) that we were supposed to pick it up, my husband called and they said it was ready. They said we received an email, which we had not (checked spam and all other email folders). No missed calls or voicemail either. Well, the tuxedo jacket was small on the back by the arms. Exactly the area that I had noticed the smaller young man having trouble measuring. We were leaving that evening to travel to South Texas where the event was on Saturday. They said the only thing they could do is to send another jacket to McAllen, which is at least one hour drive one-way from the city where the event was taking place and we were staying. They never offered an apology or a discount/coupon for the extra drive time and above all the stress they caused. When we asked for a discount, they said, they could not give us one because we were going to have a new jacket that would fit. Thankfully, the new jacket did fit. We completed the corporate survey we received and have yet to get a response back. All this was at the end of June. Also, the shirt and jackets we received needed to be pressed; they should had already been pressed and ready to go. Finally, another big problem was that their inventory was very low and did not have what we wanted. They said it was due to COVID, prom, and summer weddings.
Customer service and staff unprofessional. Don’t recommend this store at all. I don’t mind waiting for a staff to be available, however the attitude he received us was rude and unwilling to help at all.
Worst customer service! I just walked in looking for suits for my boys and not one single employee acknowledged me. I decided to look around in hopes of someone offering me help or for someone to at least say something like we’ll be right with you since they were with other customers but no!
