Terrible service, employees with lazy work habits and disrespectful attitudes. I will not shop that store again.

I went in to this location today to look at options with my groom for him and his groomsmen. There was a girl and two guys working. The girl was very sweet, but she was new (I'm assuming) so she didn't know much. The guys there were very unhelpful and rude. One of them stayed on their phone the entire time with their airpods in. I understand that it wasn't busy and they very obviously didn't want to be there, but they could've at the very least smiled or acknowledged us. The girl clearly needed help and they just ignored her and us. We went in wanting a fun experience picking things out, but instead it was just awkward and not helpful at all. The whole experience was transactional and not personable in the slightest. We were even interested in purchasing (rather than renting) a suit/tux for the groom. However, we will be spending our money at a different place with better customer service.

Fantastic customer service. The manager, Andrew, was a great help to me in solving an issue that I was having with my current attire. Affordable prices and good quality alterations.

Messed up sizing twice on a suit rental. Had to continue to go back in to get fitted correctly. Ended up attending a wedding with a loosely fitted suit. Returned a few days late and store was unwilling to accommodate the late fees for the inconvenience and manager was rude. Never shopping here again.

I went in to buy a couple ties… should be in & out. Stood at the front counter for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up at the register. The whole time, sales associates were just walking around. There were literally two customers in the store… me and another guy.
Needless to say I’ll shop somewhere else from now on for business related clothing. Remember the scene from Pretty Woman? Me too…

Need a suit? Look no further! The Temple crew will set y’all up! They worked with me for my suit for my wedding, and had me looking legit. I will always shop here forever when I need nice shirts and suits. The clearance rack rocks too! Enjoy men, and like the guy says… You’re gonna like the way you look.

Great customer service! Very attentive from the moment we walked in even during their busy hour. Gilbert knew his stuff, and helped us pick out the perfect suit. Vanessa was also very sweet and helped with anything we needed. If searching for a suit or any accessories, I highly recommend the friendly staff at Men’s Wearhouse in Temple!

I would actually give it zero stars if I could. I have been in a number of weddings and have never had a positive experience with any mens wearhouse. To pay $150 for a suit I wear for a few hours at best and they can’t seem to get it to fit correctly is ridiculous. The pants to my suit look like bell bottoms and they are supposed to be slim fit. Absolutely no tapering. They offer an extreme slim fit in a few options but not all. I don’t understand how when a large part of your business is suit rentals for major events like a wedding, that you wouldn’t offer every type of fit in all of your suit options. Will never choose to spend money with you guys! And certainly won’t recommend.

We went into the store on a whim to look at suits for our October wedding. Everything was great to start and the staff was friendly. We were greeted as we walked in and let the young male associate know that we were just looking due to my fiancé not really being a fan of wearing a suit. My fiancé had measurements taken and we were trying decide on a color to go with.
I was indecisive on the suit and shoe color because we didn’t expect to start an order right away.
I caught the associate huffing and rolling his eyes in frustration not once, but TWICE to another employee when I was deciding between colors like it was an inconvenience to him. We had only been there about 20 minutes by this time.
I ended our order and walked out.
We have never had a bad experience here but I will not be returning to this store after today.

Great! Can’t find a better price anywhere for rentals, they are all very helpful this place is great!

Got measured a month before the wedding. Couldn’t pick up the suit until the day prior. No big deal except every suit we picked up was wrong. White shirts 4 sizes too big. Pants 5” too short. Jackets too small. However, the socks and the ties were mint. Nothing they could do since it was the day before. Don’t waste time going to get measured. You get what you get in the end ‍️

So after a very frustrating couple days trying to get my suit ordered Andrew stepped up and was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you for changing my experience to a positive one. Will be back again to order my suits from Andrew in the future.

Omg! I love Drew! We have been to MensWear House twice in the past year and Drew has helped us both times. He is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable with each suit I had him go through.never making me feel uncomfortable or unheard. He has truly made each experience completely terrific. He's the reason we keep coming back absolutely amazing!

Just had the best clothing shopping experience. We went in the store, it was busy and came back after doing a quick errand. Gilbert initiated conversation and helped me with sport coats, shirts, pants, and other jackets. Loved the experience. Won't be getting clothing elsewhere anymore. This place set an excellent experience for me and will return time monthly.

On 2 separate occasions, called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for before driving a half hour to get there. And twice, got there to find they didn't have it. Only assistance I got was them telling me their selection isn't very good and to buy online.
