Great service Polite staff surprisingly great prices def. Plan on expanding my wardrobe from here Vs always heading out of town.

Go anywhere but here! They take your sizing for “fitted” suits then give you “general size fits all” clothing right before your important event so you can’t even do anything about it. Now I get to look like a flying squirrel in my three size to big shirt and vest for a wedding. Employees there pretty much just have the “that’s not my problem” attitude because it’s “just a rental”. Go to any other place in Waco that rents suits if you can, they actually know the definition of fitted.

Caden was AWESOME! He listened to what we wanted and fitted my fiancé and his 4 groomsmen so quick!

Lady that helped me and my husband acted like she really didn’t want to help us and kept trying to send us to Kohls or Dillards for my husband’s slacks? !? She was not very informative and the two men who were there had rude looks on their faces and did not speak. I would say they where prejudice, but the woman was black. We definitely won’t be back!

They rented me a tuxedo that had a tear on the seem and then acted like they were doing me a favor not charging me extra for it. Horrible attitude from their manager. Heck all I wanted was an apology and instead I’m writing a poor review on their manager Pamela. She should not be in customer service much less a manager. Really bad experience.

Went to store to buy a pair of dress slacks, sales person was new did not know anything about the services they offered. When I called to see if the pants were ready they said yes, but when I went to pick up they were not ready & the perma crease was not done. Very disappointed.

Walked in on a mission to put together an outfit for my best friend's wedding's rehearsal dinner. An assoiate for the store by the name of Philip saw I needed help and came over to offer it. I told him there's a budget for both time and money and set to work.

We got down measurements and ideas and together worked out something formal and fashionable for the summer heat in around thirty minutes. Surprised the groom with something much better than what was originally intended.

One star only because they are open past 8pm, otherwise I would say they aren’t even deserving of that.the color swatch shown to us was not the same blue, and the disregard for the issue was unbelievable. Our wedding is within a week and now we’re left to fix their mistakes. The pants must be a joke.they are literally capris. Why doesn’t Waco take responsibility and show some customer service and make this right? Rather than advise us to pay more for what we were told we were initially getting?

Son got an amazing Vera Wang tux.he's 16 but 6'4' 260ish lbs. They can fit any man & make it look excellent!

Went with my husband to look for a vest, waited at least 15 minutes before I asked for help.employees saw us looking around made eye contact, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. Rude people.

My complain is with the staff.
Yesterday I was looking for a suit, but once I said how much I was expecting to pay, the guy who was helping me told me to look to other places less expensive, but I told him that I actually didn't know the price for a suit, the budget wasn't the problem.
After that he took me measures and asked me if I was looking for a shirt too, and I said that I actually need one too and asked him if they had some in the store, so once again he told me they are too expensive and that I could go to other place to look for one. In front of other customer he asked his partner the cost of a regular shirt price in other places, I felt offended, I think once I decide to cross that door, I supposed to be treated as any other customer and if I decide to buy that suit is up to me, not them.
After this the last place I want to get a suit is here, I can not support classism.

We got my brother a suit, some nice shirts. The older gentleman was nice. Helped my bro get fitted. I honestly like this place better than k&g.

3 stars because of the wait. Now I know it’s Covid related but not when you get skipped over just cause Karen is crying! Other than that I will go here again.

This place have worst costumer services ever
we order my son a tuxedo for prom and when we go and pick up the tuxedo they never offer to try on even the manager said we ask everyone to try on is not true
when he put his pants on they was the wrong size and all the manager said well is all your fault you should try on before you took home with you she not even apologize all she said was are fault HORRIBLE customer services

There isn't a lot a selection and customer service is terrible. No hello, no acknowledgement at all. They had 2 customers plus us. Thoes guys aren't good for customer service
