If you fail to respect customers by calling them "lazy, " then be ready to go out of business. The service is despicable and this company obviously has the lowest standard for employee and manager quality. I will be passing on my experience to others. The product quality also left much to be desired. A simple overpriced pair of socks lasted a measly three uses.

Helped me with my suit for my wedding and organized it so that my groomsmen living all over the country could easily get the same suit. Made everything very smooth and planning a lot less stressful. Also have great deals.

I am beyond upset at the service here. I brought my son and the lady taking measurements just complained that he was her last customer and she was so ready to go the whole time. She was so ready that her measurements were off bad. When we came to pick up the prom tux, the shirt and vest were way too small. We had to come back the next day and pick it up. Now we are home and he is getting ready for prom and we pull the shirt out and the same lazy girl just basically threw it in there.it is so wrinkled. I have a picture of it and I hope I can attach it, if not I will save it to voice my complaint in person. Also this awful service and poorly packed up tux costed me $200 when it was supposed to be on sale for $99.

Horrible customer service tried to pay for 3 shirts, their were no cashiers said excuse me to the employee and he put his finger in my face and told me to wait.

Great location. Staff is friendly and will get you in and out no matter the party size. They are willing to find you the cheaper options if need be instead of upselling higher priced items. They've gained my business without a doubt.

I used Men's Wearhouse to rent tuxedos for our wedding day. I had 8 groomsman in our bridal party and only 3 out of the 8 had the right tuxedos when they picked up. The other 5 groomsman all had issues with their tuxedos not fitting two days before our wedding. My dad also rented his tuxedo and his did not fit and he had to get re measured and go back to the store to pick up his new tuxedo. While the rental pricing was fair, I am extremely disappointed with the fact that most of the guys didn't have the right sizes even thought they were measured. It caused a lot of stress days before our big day.

Quick in and out suit fitting for a wedding ~20min Very professional and knowledgeable personnel.

Can't be available for a simple appointment leaving me to wait in the middle of the store with customers not wearing masks even though the store policy clearly states on the front door they should be wearing masks.
This is extremely dangerous especially with the way the store is laid out, it is impossible to social distance.
If you cant serve customers safely or are scared to enforce the store policy then shut down!
Mens Warehouse has lost my business for life.

The staff at most locations are amazing. Every time I go here for jeans, a tux, or something small the staff is there to assist with every detail if needed.

Gentlemen. If you need to update your wardrobe go see my friend Kristin. She treated me with the up most respect an had the best customer service right when I walked in. Because of Kristin now my Dads 60th bday will be special. She set me up with a Joseph Abboud TUX. Go see her!

The only place I shop for my clothing. Quality is superb. Staff is beyond helpful. Listen to their suggestions.

I just got the suit for my wedding. Along with the wedding party! It was such a nice experience. Everyone in the rental department was so friendly and helpful. They worked with my needs and were able to get what I think will be a perfect suit.

I Went in to pick up my tuxedo and it was really busy and they still got me in-and-out. I love to see everybody working and no one just standing around

Exceptional help and value. I was tired of going to department stores and not getting knowledgeable help, selection, and value. Men's Wearhouse to the rescue. Suit was fitting to my style, my body, and my pocketbook.
