I didn’t have an appointment, 1 name on the list before mine and he was already being tended too. It took an hour before I was helped. I found the tux and accessories I liked. It was $ 240 for the rental. I paid a $ 40 deposit. A few days later, it was suggested I try Al’s formal wear at the mall. I picked a tux with the same accessories and was able to rent it for $ 140. I paid for the rental up front, then called to cancel the rental at men’s wear house. They then offered me the original tux I picked at their store for $ 140. If their rental had been reasonably priced, I wouldn’t have looked elsewhere. Also, I was wearing a 34” (waist) jeans when I went tux shopping, they measured me at 38. ” Not flattering or helpful.

Why does RENTING a tux have to cost more than BUYING the brides maid dress? The three stars is for the service as the service is good.

I'm not sure why some people get bad service. Any time I come in I get swarmed by the sales guys. Their selection is pretty solid and they do a good job of getting you fitted. They can be a little pushy, but they're sales guys. What do you expect?

Great selection and awesome staff. Better than the Frisco location hands down. The Fort Worth charm is amazing.

Great service and convenience while getting my rental for wedding day. Groomsmen from out of state had the availability to get fitted, pick up, and return their rentals to any of their locations. Manager named Kim went above and beyond as well to ensure an amazing experience.

I went to this store on Saturday afternoon to buy some dress shirts and pants. I literally waited 15 minutes and nobody cared to help me then I decided to find a staff to help me and finally found a lady at the back of the store who was willing to help. She showed me some pants and I went to dressing room to try them on and actually liked two pants. Then I decided to buy them but for half an hour none attended me. I had to leave the store without making a purchase. ** The outlet had enough staffs and they were prioritizing rich looking customers.

I was not impressed at all with the service or the selection. We will not be going back anytime soon. Went in looking to buy a suit for my Husband and adult Son for Easter. Service was just short of rude, we were the only people in the store the entire time we were there. The guy acted like we were interrupting his reading time.

Great customer service by Leonard and another two ladies. Got a great looking suit and tailored the same day in time for a wedding. Will definitely be returning.

Kat and Jessica are two amazing professionals to shop with. They have an eye for style, very patient, and make you feel like a King. I love shopping at this location it is clean, organized, and I never have to wait. The entire staff are true professionals. I’m addicted to the customer service and selection there.

You will pay more but the staff's attention to details, the wonderful selections that are top of the line make it more than worth it.

Very friendly team working there. One of the associates, Cody, was professional, polite, and attended to my needs when I walked in. He asked about the occasion I was coming in for, and quickly helped measure me and find the right fit. I will definitely be back for service of his caliber.

Very friendly staff. Great selection of suites and other dress up clothes. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable in current fashions and how long each suite would take to get in for my size before I bought them.

Best experience I've had. I had no idea what to do and they helped me every step of the way. I look great and feel great too.

Christian got me the material I need within 15 minutes. He even did a iron press on my shirt so I wouldn’t be showing up with wrinkles on it.

What can I say about a place with superior prices and exceptional service. I can say, if you are a man and want to look your very best these guys and gals will make that happen.

I came into the store needing to verify my size for a suit. Obviously they would have rather me purchase a suit from them but At the time I cannot afford a suit from them. Maybe next year. The associate helped me with size and cut I would need.

Going when it is not busy is a lot more pleasant experience. Very helpful staff and willing to answer any questions and help with any occasion.

So many problems and difficulties for my husband's and his groomsmen attire. Nightmare that added to wedding stress. Would not recommend using Men's wearhouse for wedding event, not just this specific location, at all.

Aaron up here is the actual greatest thing since sliced bread! He righted mistakes from another store and actually left me feeling confident that my order would be right! If you ever need anything ask for aaron and bring him some starbucks

The staff at this location were very generous and provided the best service for me and my groomsmen! We got our suits tailored and everything was ready on time. The suits looked great! I highly recommend this location!
