16 I purchased a used Mercedes GL550 about 2 months ago. The sales person Cade was great but what was amazing was the after purchase support. The vehicle came with a 3 month warranty. I had a few minor issues with the vehicle and Ernesto in service was amazing. I would definitely buy from Greenway Mercedes again. I recommend Cade for sales and Ernesto for service.

I have been a loyal customer at Mercedes Greenway for over 20 years. My most recent purchase was two weeks ago and again the staff there was phenomenal in helping acquire the allocation and ensuring customer satisfaction. Leigh Bennett is my salesman there and has been my go to guy there since the early 200s. Always courteous, friendly trusting and knowledgeable, Leigh exemplifies a gentleman cares about the customer experience!
Gave me a faulty key to my car that doesn’t work, but want me to pay to replace the key that was broke when giving to me.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had buying a pre owned car at any dealership. From the salesperson who I will not name drop, to the customer service run around we have received. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. It’s insane how overstaffed this place is but yet no one does anything. I will never return nor purchase a vehicle here ever again.

Prompt service, attentive valets, & excellent attention to details is why I keep coming back (that's why we purchased another one). Elhadji (El) our sales expert is also awesome. He's very attentive, knowledgeable, polite, & listens to our needs. He follows up with any of our concerns even after the sale. Best dealership!
I had my car towed to Mercedes Greenway because of a recall on gas hose. James Fisher. Service Advisor, took care of everything including having a shuttle take me to work and picking me up. I was treated like royalty.
Did an amazing job replacing the engine in my car. The car has never ran this good since the day I bought it. Haven’t had a single issue from the repair. My service manager Drake kept me updated throughout the entire repair and has great customer service. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any repairs in the future

Horrible service. Would not recommend wasting your time to come purchase a vehicle here. I had everything ready to purchase and customer service was so rude, and sales manager as well. Go somewhere else, as someone with experience in this industry I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here
I wouldn’t buy a Mercedes from anyone else. El (our salesman) was very helpful, super friendly and very knowledgeable. We bought a one owner 2012 GLK that all of it’s service work done at GW. We felt very confident that we were buying a dependable car. Thank you MB Greenway for great customer service. We will buy from y’all again.
Mike Walsh, the service representative, is the reason that I have taken my cars for service to the dealership for many years. He is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and fair. Mike is a great asset to Mercedes Benz of a Houston Greenway and to me, the customer.
I had an issue with a check engine light coming on yesterday. The error was "Not charging 48v battery" so I called Ernesto Gutterez who was my service advisor last month. He asked me to bring it in and ran a diagnostic check. The problem was resolved with a software update. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. This is what I call great service.
While a part I needed took longer than expected to arrive, Elena kept me informed and offered loaner cars to keep me rolling. All was repaired well and shiny when I picked it up!
A shuttle driver Sergio was very rude and unprofessional— insisted on the wrong address and directions, didn’t listen and ignored verbal corrections, and deliberately increased volume of music when was asked to reduce it.
Unpleasant Experience – Would Not Recommend"
My interaction with this dealer left much to be desired. I felt that their pricing practices were unfair, and I sensed an attempt to take advantage of customers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealer based on my experience.
