Good experience buying my leased Mercedes through Mercedes Benz of Lubbock. Aliyah was the sales agent that contacted me. She was sending too many texts initially but when I asked her to back off.she did a super job. Everything from that point was excellent. Now just waiting for my title.

Up charged auto butler not included in online price on used car. I would not recommend buy from them. Not transparent pricing. Also charged for window tinting.

DO NOT buy from Cavender- Mercedez Benz of Lubbock. They will sell you malfunctioned vehicles with a service contract that does not cover any issues with the vehicle. Then on top of that if it is covered they expect you to cover all rental/loaner fees personally.

Take your Mercedes, it’s diagnosed and “repaired”! You drive home and it is not fixed. You take it back and they don’t refund you for their non repair. Josh was terrible and unhelpful. Tanner was at least nice. These people take advantage of you. DO NOT RECOMEND. Conflicting information was given. One person said it was repaired the other said it was not.

Very Bad Experience, I bought a car some months ago, by accident they charged me the downpayment twice and they havent been able to return my money yet.

Really terrible customer service here. I bought a car from them that had an issue the day after it was delivered. I called at least six times over the next couple weeks to get the issue resolved, and every time was told I'd get a call back in an hour or by the end of the day. I never got a call back. I was finally given a manager's email, and they never responded to my email. I'm really disappointed in their service and don't appreciate so flagrantly getting the runaround.

Taylor, aliyah, and Fabiola were absolutely wonderful. The previous crew and owners screwed us hard on a new car purchase. We hated the car. Came by to charge and vented frustrations. Even though they didn't have to, this team was adamant about making it right and went above and beyond with customer service, loaners, and made a deal for another car that no one else could or would touch. I want to reiterate, that this was not their responsibility, but they owned it for the previous crew and made things right. I can't thank them enough.

My Mercedes GLC300 panel light kept coming on stating stop the vehicle and keep engine running. I pulled into the local store and went in leaving the car running. Came out car was dead and would not turn over. The person employee at autozone came to assist and we tried placing a new battery in the vehicle yet nothing. Being the weekend I had the car towed home and then towed to Cavender Mercedes Benz. Against my better judgment having had issues with the company when it was Alderson Cadillac.
Trying again with no other dealership the visit winds up to a one month stay, a new keyfob, which they said was the issue, 10003.00, new front tires 700.00, alignment 260.00, oil change 180.00, environmental fee 40.00, new driverside power window buttons, they found were sti king, and the requested fix of the rear seat release button not done but cost over 400.00 for each. In total the facility charged 3400.00.
I brought the car back advising the rear seat release button was not completed, the attendant swears it was done, and asks me where the button went, I then told him the oil was not changed, it was still dark almost black, he advises oil is black on the dipstick. I told him they hadn't even completed the sticker on the windshield with mileage type of oil or next due date. He tells me that is not their sticker and I must have had those issues from another dealership.
This being the only Mercedes dealership for hours.
The car is now in the shop after spending a few days on the highway after it again died and the same stop the car leave engine running light came on.
The facility states they will refund a few bucks and order the button and I can come back and have it put on. So why ask someone where the button is if it hasn't been ordered, ask the dipstick.

The customer service at this Mercedes of Lubbock location is impeccable. Go see salesman, Luis. I came and traded a car back that I just bought 5 months ago and Luis and finance manager, Taylor made sure I was very well taken care of on my new trade. I will continue to buy cars for my family here for as long as those guys are there and I am blessed to be able to shop there.

This was a disappointing buying experience. I bought a 2022 used very expensive vehicle from this dealership. I was charged $495 for window tinting that was not installed by the dealership, but was installed and paid for by the original owner (i found the original warranty paperwork and receipt in the glovebox). The salesman convinced me that i needed to purchase $1,995 for “auto butler” which is a ceramic coating that u can basically get from your local car wash for a whole lot less. He said it was already installed on the vehicle and couldn’t remove that from the price. I was disappointed in the auto detail both inside and outside of the vehicle. When I opened the hood a large shroud was apparently removed and placed on top of the engine. It was driven from Lubbock to Amarillo like that. I had to put the shroud back in its place. When I brought these issues to their attention i was told sorry and they claimed they peeled off perfectly good tint that was a year old to install their tint. I believe that to be false. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or anything from this dealership. I’m sure there are better negotiators than me out there, but most will get screwed by this dealership.

OMG… I was not expecting to drive to Mercedes-Benz of Lubbuck but I’m so happy that I didn’t because they brought my vehicle to me! Having the need for a vehicle & a family crisis necessitated this dealership to step outside the box & up to the plate with amazing customer service, a fantastic deal, & an entire staff that understands what customers might need & what they go through on a human level. I implore you give MB in Lubbuck an opportunity to EARN your business & reach out directly to Ms. Aaliyah if you want an amazing buying experience!

Oh my.bought my car and DID NOT have to spend hours negotiating and haggling. I dont beleive I spent more than 2 hours in my 3 visits to the dealership, which included my test drive! A few text and a couple of phone calls and I had the car I wanted. Chase was super sweet and very informative. He listened to me and made things happen. I highly recommend him and the dealership if you're wanting straight-forward car buying.

It sure yet, the problem I took my vehicle in for was seemingly dealt with but one I got on the hey about 60 miles out all codes came back as before. Now I can’t turn off my vehicle
