Excellent dealership and the staff was very helpful. They worked hard to resolve a service issue and communicated very well.

My wife had called and set up an appointment on 3/1/2023 to get her car serviced, check for a coolant leak and also look at A/C system. We dropped the car off on 2/28/2023 late in the evening and the lady service advisor said she would get it in the shop on Wednesday. We said no problem and we can leave the car there until Friday. On Friday 3/3/2023 my wife called since she never heard anything from the service department and was told that they were really busy and trying to get the car into the shop. The advisor said she would call her back later that day with an update which never happened. On Saturday the 4th of March wife called once again and spoke to a male advisor and he said the car had not been touched. My wife then told him that she was coming to pick up the vehicle and we will get it serviced somewhere else. You would think if someone is willing to pay over $600 for an oil change that Mercedes of Selma would actually do the work and not keep the car for 4 days. Terrible service!

Kevin kept his word on pricing, to Jordan assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and was extremely knowledgeable, to Mr. Ed in the finance team. This team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am very happy with my decision.

Doug and Myra offered exceptional service. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who initially greeted me at drop off but he was just as attentive. They took great care of me and the turnaround time for my vehicle was the fastest it’s ever been.

Service advisor, Joel Gastelum is very professional and helpful in getting my car serviced, was very patient in dealing with my maintenance insurance people, it’s good to have trust in people like him!

Horrible customer service in the service department. Turned my car in on Tuesday morning. Just got a call on Thursday that my car is now ready. Never received any updates and no offer of a ride to pick up my vehicle. Expected more from them since the represent Mercedes

Very disappointed in my experience. My salesman yawned through my test drive. I waited hours for a 15 minute reboot. Tried to reschedule to come back the next day so I can take care of my rental. Was told to leave it there only to be threatened with possible towing because it hasn't been picked up. Since purchasing, my encounters have not been cordial in response to questions posed.

A big shoutout to Mercedes Benz of Selma! Jimmy Mauricio was my salesman and Marco Salazar was the manager who helped out. They were both awesome in helping me purchase my dream car! And the store itself is immaculate and clean. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the friendly receptionist and Jimmy offering me Starbucks, I was highly impressed. Everyone was very helpful. The guys that checked in the vehicle and helped with our loaner were exceptional. They helped with several questions about settings on the vehicle. Loaner was almost new and check out process was easy. Work was done in a timely manner and checkout was quick.

Initially we were disappointed in our service advisors actions or i should say inactions.but then the general service department manager got involved and man what a difference afterwards. We were very satisfied with his apology and action taken.i was telling the previous individuals that i would never return there for service but not that has changed.

I used to own a Audi Q8 and decided to switch to an all electric vehicle. The new MB EQS450+ Suv caught my attention. Went to Selma and Chris Moss was our sales representative. He took us for a test drive and explained all the features and we loved the car. Chris and the MB team made our experience truly exceptional. Thank you so much for making us feel like royalty.
