The worst dealership to have my maintenance done. The estimate time was 2 hours but I ended up spending 4 hours waiting. By the way they forgot to replace the key battery so I had to go back after 15 minutes I was on my way home

If and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely bring my business back. I live in Dallas and saw a specific vehicle just like the exact one I owned. I was looking for GL550 for the 2 weeks straight! I was focusing in my state market alone (Utah). So I had my son that lives in Dallas, he started looking for one! We’re both in car business, but nether one of our stores has what I’m looking for!
So he found this gorgeous GL at Mercedes Benz of Tyler hour and a half away from Dallas! He went for a trip to see that car and everything checked out great to his standards (not to mention how picky he is).

Although we’re from Houston, we found the exact car we wanted online at mb of Tyler. Trey had helped me over the phone and we had a deal in place within 2 days. It couldn’t have been easier. While Trey was away on vacation when we went to pick up the car, Asim filled in and was great and very friendly! This whole process was so seamless and worth the drive up from Houston!
