I truly cannot say enough good things about Meredith and the whole team at Minter Mortgage. Everyone on the team was kind, professional, and responded very promptly. They were extremely knowledgeable about all things mortgage related and were on top of everything during the whole process. I recently purchased my first home, and can honestly say the Minter Team made what is typically a very stressful process fun and enjoyable. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I understand what was going on, that I was comfortable at each stage in the process, and laid out a very detailed plan for me for the entire loan approval process. The technology they use to visually show you the differences in the options was very user friendly and made understanding the scope of each loan so much easier. I had a hiccup at the end of my closing period where the title company lost all power and looked like they wouldn't be able to complete the transaction. Meredith and the entire team already had several backup plans in place and had taken preemptive steps for every outcome that was possible, all while spending over 2 hrs on the phone with me to walk me through each scenario, outcome, and how it would affect me. I will recommend this group to everyone I know who is purchasing a home, and will continue to use them for every home I purchase in the future!
