During a very difficult time for our family, Owen was full of compassion and care. She has been an angel to our family and I will NEVER forget her kindness.

We partnered with Merit Memorial when my dear friend's son suddenly passed away. They were terrific to work with and helped to ensure we had a beautiful memorial for their family. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every text, phone call, and email you quickly responded to!

So grateful for this staff. They truly made one of the hardest days for our family so much easier. Our little Jordan was taken too soon and they helped immensely through this heartbreaking process.

We can not thank Owen and the team at Merit for their compassion, direction and commitment to helping our family at such a tragic time in our lives. Our sweet Jordan lost his life in a car accident and after calling several places that were giving us the run around or wanting to charge way more then we were prepared for, we came across Merit and we are so incredibly blessed that we did. We worked with Owen who walked us through the entire process as if we were the most important clients she had. She would answer emails and texts and guided us through the entire process which allowed us to take care of so many other aspects. We are forever grateful for their professionalism, commitment, direction and compassion.

The hardest day of my life was putting my sweet boy to rest and Owen and the Merit team made it a little bit easier with the help, compassion, communication and kindness that I received. Every question that I had was explained to me thoroughly and Owen made sure everything came out the way I wanted it to be. Such a great team and I’m so thankful.

After loss of my nephew, we were mourning and unsure of where to even begin with planning a funeral. Owen and the team at Merit Memorial were phenomenal! Not only did they put our minds at ease with explaining the process, but they were so compassionate and kind as we chipped away little by little at the work needing to be done on our end. When dealing with a loss, one may have an array of emotions. I found myself in the middle of a situation that I was not prepared for because this was the death of an estranged Uncle. I believe God intervened for me and sent me Owen! She was understanding, professional, looked after my needs but also keep the wishes of my Uncle. My Uncle is to be laid to rest tomorrow and it has been a pleasure working with Owen through this stressful time. I know she will care for you and your family as she did mine!

Bryan, Shiloah and the entire Merit team were truly amazing! They were able to help successfully guide me through everything during an incredibly difficult period. Our situation was slightly different and difficult; however, the Merit team made it where I never experienced any doubt that things would be fully taken care of and where I would not have to worry about situations in the future. There are no words that could ever thank them enough for helping me keep my promise to my person. I am beyond grateful.
