Autumn is excellent, very fast and efficient. She handled my switch over from my old insurance quickly and with me doing very little work. I got a much better deal on prices compared to my old insurance. Best in town!

I at 47 have had many insurance companies for coverage, but I've never had an insurance agency made me feel like the Merritt Vaughn agency has. I've had several claims and they always call or text to see how the process is going. The ladies in the office are always so nice and sweet. Always feel like more than a customer when I deal with them. I'll always be a customer of the Merritt Vaughn agency.
