EVERYTHING You Need to Know!

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay at. I am here for a year for work and it feels like home here at the Mesquite Oasis. Although I've only been here for 3 weeks I know this is the place to be. When I arrived, I was greeted by Wendy and she gave me a grand tour - she was so accommodating. Wendy the host is so hospitable and thoughtful. She always answers phone calls and responds on demand. Since she live close by on the property, she's always available to help in anyway needed. This is my very first experience being away from home, my husband, and my children for travel work. But Wendy and her husband John make me feel right at home. I feel spoiled! John is great as well he has all the same traits as Wendy. He's a good handy guy and nice to be around. Besides that this place is very clean, neat, and has everything inside. Comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, wifi, and maids who come once a week to clean. There are plenty of ways to occupy your time here as well. Here on the site, they have a Laundry mat, community center, Indoor basketball court, Weight room /gym, pool, playground, and Catch and release pond. Overall, a quiet ground in a semi-secluded area 30m away from my job. And all of the stores or near like 10 mins away stores such as Walmart, Heb, etc. If you want to fe if you want to feel el safe and at home LOOK NO MORE THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!

Rhonda was absolutely easy to deal with extremely helpful and very friendly. The park is very well maintained and the amenities are second to none.

Love this park! My husband & I have stayed here extended periods of time, twice. Love spending hot days in the pool! The amenities are great and the manager, Ms Rhonda is always on top of any issue that could arise. Highly recommend this oasis in the desert!

The best rv park in west odessa. I would not stay some were else. The park is clean. The owner is very helpful

Easy in and out, spaces were large, grass would have been nice but is unrealistic in the area. WiFi and all utilities were good. Would stay again.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. The spaces are extremely large with lots of privacy! Nobody bothers you- I have stayed at places before where management is constantly sending you emails about slight infractions but that is just not the case here. I mean follow the rules but nobody is sweating the small stuff! Also, if you have any requests to make changes, staff is very helpful, prompt and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ️

Clean park with big pull thru spaces and super accomodating when we called for same day, late check in for a quick over night stop.

I have been at the RV Park for a little over 2 years now and I have NEVER stayed at a more family oriented place in all my years of traveling for work! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGEMENT!

This RV park actually is an "oasis". The park was a very clean, well maintained place in an area that is oil country. Quiet, with a swimming pool, fishing pond, nice laundry facility and a work out area. The best thing there was the park manager. We were there for about 4 days due to an emergency. She, Rhonda, was most helpful with assisting us with information and anything we needed

Great management, quiet, large sites, all inclusive monthly rent, and great amenities. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice park would like to see them pave the roads and maybe section off the yards. Lots are very big too.

I love living here! The manager Rhonda goes above beyond to keep us informed, deal with anything that comes up, and to make us feel like family. I would recommend this community to everyone!

Rhonda is a great manager for Mesquite Oasis! My husband and I spent almost 6 months at the park due to a house remodel and all I can say is this is a wonderful place. Everything is very clean and very well kept! The manager always keeps an eye on everything going on. We highly recommend this RV park. Thank you Rhonda for taking care of us!

Great playground for the kids, pond with fountain to relax by, new pavilions with tables, lovely landscape by the cute office. Manager Rhonda is very kind and patriotic. We did not use the new rec hall or laundry but I am sure they are nice:) Good water pressure and Wi-Fi.

Before, I begin this review want to make a general statement.

If your wanting to travel and stay in West Texas BEWARE. This part of Texas is the Permian Basin. In other words, oil country. All RV parks have long term residents and there is lots of traffic and noise. Oilfield personnel work 7 days a week, large equipment trucks, semi trucks, and more trucks.

Please don't leave negative comments about noise and permanent residents living on site. It is what it is, just head on down the road you'll be much happier. There are nice State Parks, try Monahans or Colorado City state park.

That being said my review.

So far the best park we've stayed in. This park is awesome.

New park. RV and temporary housing for oilfield and traveling professionals.

Hugh rv sites, long and wide. Both back in and pull through sites. 50 and 30 amp. Excellent wifi and cable.

Family and pet friendly

Outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, exercise room, large and spacious laundromat, lounge with big screen TV. Private bathrooms with shower in one room.

Club house with outside grills. Fishing pond. Dog park with pond. Bathing room for you fur babies.

Covered picnic tables throughout park.

Playground for your kids.

Quiet and friendly neighbors throughout

Daryl the owner designed this park. Did a great job in what an rver is looking for on a monthly, weekly or daily stay.

Budget: monthly is about $785 a month. But includes everything even electricity.

**** Not bad, but - because it is a new park no shade.

Took shower and had to wait and waste water before it got hot. But I'm not paying for water, just hate to waste it.

Hint: At our site #94 had weeds that had small burrs. Dogs got burrs in paws. I got burrs in my shoes and feet, tracking into rv and carpeting. These burrs hurt.

This rv park is a real gem. Try it you won't regret visiting. You won't be disappointed. I've stayed in many parks from Arizona to Alaska, Montana, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico. This is #1 on my come back to list when in this area.

Whether your staying short term or long term, this place is awesome very calm and quiet environment, where you can take a nice stroll with your pet or with the kiddos, it's hands down a great place, Thank you to all the employees that make it great!

I personally loved this rv park! The park was spacious, clean, the workers are super friendly! Out of all the rv parks between Odessa and Midland in my opinion this one was the best! Literally has everything you need, clean laundry area, pool, wifi, playground area for the kids and more! Highly recommend

Very well kept! Management super nice, really beautiful place all around! Several accommodations to help make your life easier onsite laundry, showers, gym, swimming pool, playground even has a big dog bathing station!
