That place gives bad service, they don't serve customers, I drove half an hour to get to that place at a good time for me. They attended and they didn't attend to me, boy, 2 kisses with this one and they are the same

I'm a local customer who lives in Burnet and am a retired commercial contractor. I always try and buy local whenever possible. This being said, my last purchase was the worst I've had in over 30 years of metal building supplies, both huge commercial and small home owner projects dealing with the so called manager was really bad he knew nothing about what he had in stock and didn't have he grossly overcharged me he was very rude and obnoxious. It's been a long time since I hate myself for not telling him were he could put his steel and spend my money elsewhere.

Happy to do business with a family owned establishment. Good prices, selection and very knowledgeable. Will be back!

Jerry at Metal Mart Burnet has been excellent and helpful in my purchases. I purchased a bolt up building and a weld up lean-to. He was very helpful running me through on tips to help the build go smoothly. Will spend my money here in the future.

The guys at Metal Mart were helpful when it came to designing my metal building and making sure it fit into my budget. Afterwards, they made sure I was satisfied and aware of my warranty. Jerry Kirkland was very easy to deal with and is a real professional.

The staff is very helpful and willing to spend time to get you the answers you need. One of the best locations around most items are always in stock. The staff always seems happy to order in non-stocked items, takes about 7 days.

As a contractor- you are only as good as your quality of work and materials. When it comes to metal roofing you need a solid partner who can get your materials produced on time and with the correct dimensions. I have worked with Metal Mart for several years and they have always made us look good. Jeremy and his crew at the Burnett store are as good as it gets.
