Lori in the Billing Office is so pleasant and empathetic to work with. She helped me tremendously by answering my questions and helping find workable solution to my billing statement. I’m these difficult physical and emotional times, she was instrumental in uplifting my spirits. Thank you so very much!

Recently had a surgical procedure here and I can say that I was amazed out how spotless their facility was, and their staff was very professional. They called several times (Geneva in particular) to make sure I was recovering just fine, and even helped me deal with an allergic reaction I was having to a dye that was used during my procedure. Very warm and friendly feel from the moment you want in to reception, the admission staff were on their game, and overall we had a better experience than expected based off of experiences with other hospital facilities. ~Jim

Not a patient experience but certainly one I still want to share. I had the most pleasant phone-call with the young lady from the Human Resources Department-Rai. My son will be graduating nursing school soon and I was calling on his behalf to inquire about opportunities for him. She spoke so highly of the leadership team and growth opportunities there it made me want to come work there myself. Although the chances of him landing a job here are slim because he is a new grad w/no experience that did not change her professionalism, excitement, attitude or willingness to assist me. This was very refreshing after many other hospitals in the area wouldn’t even take my call.

Dealt with the billing dept.today, the lady I spoke with was Laurie and she helped out beyond what I could ever expect! Thank you guys again!

Took my wife to this emergency room this morning and they denied her because she didn't have her id. She ended up having to be transported to another hospital by ambulance for emergency surgery. Thanks guys

I had my procedure done on Friday the 14th, i woke up in a room upstairs. I've had my share of Nurses in the past but none of them were as great as the nurses i had here. Nurses Yashoda Chhetri, Ida Tolo and Amy Shields. These nurses went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible, these ladies were just great, wouldn't have wished for anyone better than them. You can tell that, they absolutely love what they do by the way they treated me and my family. We felt welcomed and knew right away we were in good hands.
Thank you lady's for all you did. Keep up the lovely care you gave me and extend the same love to other patients, you were really my engles when i was in so much pain. Wish i had more than 5 stars to give. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The people were very nice, there was not a long wait, but even having insurance our out of pocket was over 3,000 and it's been over three months and we are still getting Bills I wouldn't go back, because of the out of pocket we had to pay, this is not the only Methodist hospital, I have been to and the people were nice but the out of pocket cost was to much.

I had surgery at Methodist Southlake Hospital. Even though everything went well on the surgery side, I was having trouble with some of the red tape and confusion on the insurance filings.
Thank goodness for Lorie, such a wonderful conscientious caring individual that really stepped up and fixed the issues that were important to me.

Had a great experience, beautiful facility. Especially appreciated Lorie Brown's help going over my documentation - she took as much time as needed to explain everything and was exceptionally patient and kind!

This place is AWESOME. My wife had an outpatient procedure a few months back and they treated her like a world class dignitary. From the front admissions to all the nurses and made her feel super comfortable and relaxed. So a few months have passed and they still haven't stopped taking care of us. My wife and I had a few insurance questions that were bothering us, so we called them up and they addressed all our concerns and straightened everything out. Thank you Methodist Southlake.

Excellent ER visit! No wait time, registration was seamless, excellent nurse Michelle I. Now Dr Edwards, great bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable! He knew exactly what I had upon hearing my symptoms. Highly recommend!

I haven't been here but a week and I am looking for a hospital to work in. It's clean and it's just awesome.

Great Hospital with clean rooms and great customer service. Every one was so nice and willing to do everything they can to help. Can’t thank enough Dr. Ghada, Michelle our RN, Jana RN and Brandon in the dietary department. I highly recommend this hospital.

I was well pleased with the doctors and staff at this very clean, extremely comfortable, compassion-driven hospital. The staff took every measure to keep me comfortable. Price wise- it was the most reasonable compared to other local hospitals for operating room fees. We are private pay patients. We seek the highest quality care for a reasonable price, and both exceeded expectations. I will make an effort to choose a doctor who uses this hospital again, if needed, based on my experience here.

-Poor quality of floor nurses, checked out one day early

Went to the ER with a facial cut. Doctor insisted I did not need stitches. One week later here I am with an infected open wound getting stitches elsewhere

My experience with Methodist was a bit strange I felt as though most of the staff were on autopilot I didn’t quite get a genuine feeling from most of the nurses that I came in contact with, Methodist wouldnt be my first choice for a facility or recommendation to family members or friend (s) but this was my first interaction can’t really judge something based on the first visit so I’ll try them again in future maybe.

The facility is really nice! The staff was courteous. Everything has gone well for us. Couldn’t ask for better service! I would definitely come here again. Hopefully we don’t have to.

This one of the finest hospital I have ever stayed. It is truly patient oriented care. Every nurse was caring and supportive. The hospital is the nicest and cleanest. I highly recommend this hospital!
