DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE OR PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE! I am a Secret Shopper and purchased a mobile phone device and service from this store and I am completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and knowledge from this staff. First, if you are concerned about your privacy you should run, and run fast, from this place. Showing how my account had been hacked within one week of service in black and white, the staff not only denied this, they insisted their 'safety' feature (known as Lookout) was safe. I also paid for insurance and was verbally informed that I could return the device in seven days or before 60 minutes of data usage; guess what? The contract they gave me stated my insurance allowed returns within 30 days and/or before 60 minutes of TALK time.yet I was turned away unsatisfied. I am now pursuing legal action through the BBB and the FCC, due to the above and this agency's non-compliance with the federal Red Flag Rule. Please, before you buy any mobile device, scratch Metro off your list. But don't just take my word for it: Google this company under Consumer Affairs and read all about this shady and unethical corporation. You work too hard for your money to accept this treatment, and there are too many reputable companies to choose from.
