8Costumer service fail.they lost my pen for my motorola Stylus when my boss was there.the owner is a asian citizen, told me that they pay also days before same manager or tech discriminate a senior citizen just cuz she was slow and distracted?
Chis was very very very helpful he gave me his opinion on the phones and gave me the best deal I'll never ever leave metro he was nice and made me feel like family
I was just in the store and I tell you what this manager really help me out and Im so glad I chose this location

Rude employees and their very disrespectful. They cuss out their customers and hangs up on them!
Terrible customer service, the guy running the store is racist and says one thing to get a deal then changes his story after he has your money. He knows nothing of phones or how to help customers typical Korean.
Pitiful. They NEVER answer the phones. I was sold a defective phone, and so they had to order a manufacture replacement. Now I run my business on this number and now I can not service any of my clients. Whats crazy is that I was told I'd have to buy ANOTHER screen protector when the new one arrives, hell no I was sold a defective phone from the get go. On top of it they said they don't issue credits for times that service is not being used. So not only am I out a phone, they won't credit my account for the days I have not been able to use the service.
I ame in and Chris the owner and manager gave me the 60 plan promotion for 55 and the extra 5 bucs for caller id call forward and I my faily and friends could be added for only 30 dollars a month get a free phone and unlimited and never slows down thats awsome
