6Well I don't know yet I'm going down there tomorrow to take my Galaxy S10 and get an upgrade so I will let you know this is the 1st metro store I've been to since I've been living in Texas Alex you know I think
The girl store manager najiva was exceptionally helpful and patient on upgrading my phone suggested very nice case and screen protector for my phone. I really loved my whole experience with her compare to other stores. Thank you najiva
Steven is the best. Young kid helped me and made me feel like my questions were answered.
Customer service was great. Timeliness of my issue being fixed was horrible. 8 days and counting still haven't been resolved.
The crowley store please don't go there not so nice people and not willing to help
