I walked in frustrated. I was greeted with a smile, fast service and left in a better mood. Considering how early I was there she was very nice. Cleaned stored smelled good.

Kenya is good is the only person that actually helps people. Don't go for anyone else but her. Too many employees if you are not buying they dont help

I visit other stores no one ever wants to help my phone is too smart for me I don't know how to use it. The new employee Kenya was more than helpful and was teaching me ways to use my phone. Only metro that wants to help and do not push me into buying another phone.

I have been having service for years. I luckily found Kenya here I a never going back to the other store she used to be. This is my new store. If you need anything Kenya will take care of you. Love you kenya

Selling defective iphones! Take your money else where! Made the mistake in buying a “new” iPhone 11. First one had some dust/lent stuck inside the back camera. Had to wait for another replacement phone to having to take the replacement phone back because some scratches on it. Telling me to take it to the apple store. NO. How about you give me a brand new iPhone with no flaws on it! That is actually brand new. Freaking scammers! Totally got ripped off! I should’ve went to the apple store. All they like to do it is rip you off and take your money. Do not come here to get an iPhone, go to the apple store!

I am an 80 year old woman that needed all the help I could. I got a new phone and upgraded my device. The employee in there was a young fine gentleman and was very helpful, patient and understanding. He made sure to answer all my questions and didn't rush me into leaving or buying anything. The most pleasant experience I've had in ages. Highly recommend this location. They are very nice, honest, helpful and friendly folks.

If you need any help or want the best service in town then THIS is the store to go to. Super clean store and has a cleaner and newer look compared to any other Metro's in Denton. This is definitely my to go store moving forward from now onwards. They are very helpful!
