Metro by T-Mobile, El Paso TX

Would not activate my phone. Had to drive to another metro store where they activated it less than 5 minutes. Need more training

Jus called asked about being able to get simlar deal as online some female said to come down to get store to get better pricing because the online deals don't work and you don't phone ummm hello metro is this true I think she was jus trying to make a sale

I was attended by a woman named Stephanie who did an amazing job treating me and my mother. She was nice and patient the entire time and did some great deal opportunities on us involving our phone company changing situation. I’m thankful that I was attended by her.

Metro Mobile is fortunate to have someone like Joshua working for them! Professional, articulate with a focus on making sure the customer is fully taken care of.
Because he is so thorough, I will continue to go to him, even if he has been transferred from the Dyer office to the Montana one.

This is the only metro I really enjoy going. Manager is really helpful as well as the other employees. They make sure I get what I’m asking for.

The guy working there tonight was super rude. He obviously didn't want to help or work at all. I asked him to show me the prices for the phones told me to just wait 2 more months untill i could upgrade. Didn't check my account to see that i was covered with insurance. When i told him about my tablet he told me i could make a claim but never gave me the number to call. He seemed full of himself completely disappointed! I rather go to the one in Alameda and Croom Rd. The guy there had more customers and was definitely more helpful.
