I visited this store because I had multiple problems with my device yesterday and Crystal assisted me & explain to me how to prevent my phone from going on do not disturb thank you for the awesome customer service! & First Metro Store that actually smelled clean. Man the Asian guy in there helped my Mom and I and that was the best service We've experienced in a long time.

I came in to add a line to my account. Crystal was beyond helpful in giving me different options to adding a line. She took the time to explain to me the specs on different phones and the different service plans that were offered. She was extremely patient. In the end I got my daughter a Moto Q Stylus that she loves. Great store and Great Employee. Thank you Crystal!

Metro sales reps only treat and talk to you with respect if your buying a new phone or devise. If your in there just for basic questions or concerns about your phone they act like you are bothering them.
