The best location I've ever been to very clean and sweet staff! I'm for sure coming back here again for any questions or concerns I might have about my service.
Alejandra yelled at us, blamed us for not having a phone (iPhone 6s) that worked, didn’t return our money and kicked us out the store. That was unacceptable, she made us feel shameful & embarrassed. I reported this incident to Metro. I hope Customers don’t feel the way that I did. Absolute worst costumer service I’ve experienced.
The store itself is clean and nice but the staff isn't the best. I asked about some phones was recommended a phone and got sold a complete trash phone. I know a lot is on me for not checking the online reviews the but the employee really recommended the phone I got and said it had amazing reviews. I get home and this thing is a potato probably the worst phone I have had. I don't expect a lot from metro but this was a huge disappointment. Then when I call I just got attitude. The problem is already annoying enough don't need rude employees on top of that.
Absolutely the worst experience. Upsell, lied to us about the new iPhone. Do not visit this store at all costs! I will be logging an official complaint to corporate today.
I went to the store to activate a line and they charged me over $400 and said they don't do refunds even though they was at fault. Go to the Corporate store on towneast
Alexandria was supposed to start a whole new account when my boyfriend went to get me a phone and cancel his current account. Instead she added a line to the phone account that was no longer wanted. He has now paid $57.83 on Feb 6 and today I had to pay $56 to turn my service back on because she was too dumb to do her job correctly or just didn't care enough to listen to the customer. So don't even go here to get new service. They obviously didn't get the correct training or they just don't care about anything but a pay check.
