Unprofessional workers, asked to get the plan for the phone to work in México and the reply was “ I wouldn’t know how to tell you because I don’t really go to Mexico” what does that have to be with me adding a new service to my plan!

People who work here are rude and unprofessional. Plus Metro changed up the whole platform when trying to make a payment. Definitely getting another provider this month
