They received my replacement phone and Hugo.first lied and said he needed to check with the manager. Walked to the back office and then he decided he was the manager when I asked to see the manager. This is the worst service I have experienced since I have bee with t-mobile since 2006. Yet he woilx take a photo of someone's ID to verify who they were. I will rate a bad review everyday until I receive my phone.
