Metro by T-Mobile, San Antonio TX

Lady who I went to there was very uninterested and sold me a super slow phone. When I asked what phones she thought were good, had no interest in our conversation seemed like they just wanted a quick sale. I paid 60 every month for a service supposedly worth 50. They say no fees but that's a lie. Then when I wanted to switch to the cheapest plan I was told we'd have to call to make that change happen. Very dissatisfied with the service as well.

There's just one guy that I followed very much and he is very very a good technician for phones his name is wizard his real name is fazan and I probably said that

Natalie is the best & she hooked me up with the BEST DEAL love the customer service! Really recommend this location

The only one to go to Is metro on Hackberry/Southcross. Where Andrew. Natalie.and crew help u beyond.missing Megan.

I'd give you 5 stars but you snuck in a $32 phone case making it sound like it was part of the offer.
But I'm a humbled person so I'll still give you 4 stars just cause I was back up and running in 15mins.
Thank you guys and just say no to the Metro Store up at the McCreless Mall location. They just not a friendly bunch so I decided to take business down the street at Hackberry and Southcross. Literally 3 mins down the street, and the gentleman behind the counter looked glad to see a customer walk in and start a new line. I never caught his name but he did well except for that $32 phone case. You did make it sound like it came with the phone already. But had I not taken it, who knows, but I'm pretty sure it's saved my Motorola a few times already.
Thank you again, will keep doing business with this location like I've been doing since 2018. ;)
