I went to the store needing a charger for my Samsung phone. I didn't like the way they tried to charge me 40.00 for the c cord and then sold it to me for 25.00 only to find out it wasn't the actual cord but a cheap cord that 1 week later destroyed my 500.00 phone. Now I have to buy a new phone today.to me I feel scammed and played by metro dealers its like they trying to con us.
They said I had to take the more expensive plan. I said I needed the cheaper one.they wouldn't honor the less expensive plan. So. I don't know what's wrong with them.
