8Very rude and belittling staff, you can feel the tone of annoyance on their voice when you ask anything to them.
Questioned my monthly bill and was reminded that I was purchasing my phone monthly for the year instead of like I used to purchase at first price payment upon receiving. After my brain surgery I do have problems with memory, and since this is the first time I have ever paid monthly payments for a phone I thought I was being charged extra for something else.
The phone I bought won't stay charged. I need my phone for work. 100% charged when I leave at 8am dead by 5. I ask for a new phone. The girl that was there never said hi how are you nothing. She a sour puss face obviously in a bad mood or racist. She Mexican me white. She said she would have to keep the phone over night to see if I was telling the truth. That was a complete lie and she should be fired. I told her I need the phone to work. I live 10 miles away so I'd have to drive back. Rude and a liar. Why would I drive 10 mile to replace a phone I bought 3 weeks ago. Shesthe girl with longer hair and a face made a stone.i would never say anyone should get fired because she might have is the only I'd need to fired an employee.a personal issue going on but to lie and to pretty much say I'm lying. If the manager doesn't fire her then hes doing her.
