I bought all my family members’ phones in this store and Emmanuel was super helpful through the whole process.

I went there the a couple days ago to buy a phone and I had the best costumer service experience. Emmanuel answered all of my questions in a professional way regarding the phone I was buying. His dedication and professionalism truly impressed me. I had never seen that in any other store before. Since the beginning he was attentive to my needs and told me about the services they offered. He did an outstanding job to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend their outstanding service to others.

Be careful when going into this store. The guy Emmanuel tried to steal a usb that belong to me. The phone came in the box with a usb and a charger. I was paying attention to my other phone when I look up I seen he had something in his hand and he bend down to grab the Metro bags to put our boxes in it. Then I heard like something was thrown in the cabinet under the register. I left and I searched up what came in the phone box for a Google pixel and I seen it came with all that and the usb was missing. I called and he tried to say nothing was there. Then he said oh yeah it’s here. When I went to pick it up and confronted him. He was nervous and my husband said how many times have you done that to other people and he said I didn’t mean to do it with that intention. I asked for the manager number but I believe he gave me his number. Just be careful and pay attention till you have everything in your hand.

I saw this store is clean. And the services are great to the people. And I am happy that, I am one of their customers.
