Love love this location. I am a 10 year plus customer of Metro and went to this location to purchase my daughter a phone for her bday. My initial visit was on last Sunday right at opening time. I was pleasantly surprised at how Carla being the only associate in the store initially, was able to multi-task the multitude of customers and keep a smile the entire time. She was able to assist me in picking out the perfect phone and ensure activation. Carla exemplified both exceptional leadership skills and customer service! She is hands down the best! Definitely will be a return customer!

My mom went into the store to get my brother a new phone the iPhone 11 and it came out to 180 when he got the receipt on his phone he realized it had only came out to 104 and some change we went back after we called the costumer service when they told us it was only supposed to be 120 - 135 at the most an incident happened where the same women was working the day we had went in and she told us the she gave our mom the receipt that day but that was not true she stole money for her benefit and that’s why they did not get a receipt that day her name was CARLA J she was very rude and threatened to call the cops while we where calm talking to another employee and her stating that we liked him as if it was okay for her to make a statement like that she was arguing as I said no ma’am no one is arguing you are the one who is upset… I am doing this because we know a few people who used to work at this metro and would add accessories like phone cases and glass that the costumer would pay for but not get and that is why you never get a receipt I hope she is delt with accordingly from steeling more then 70 dollars from us and probably way more from other people AGIN her names is CARLA… HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE will never go to this metro agin!
