Went to apply for free phone, the service worker there program my phone so fast that now it's locked and I can't even make phone call or shut the phone off without having a pin number that I never received from the sales clerk! Now after this I believe that I was scammed out of my identity that which now is stolen by the personnel working this location. Please be advised of this location. I asked that she walk me through the process that she was performing on my phone that I cannot get into without a pin number that I don't know.

They have great customer service if you have time to walk in the store but if you are trying to talk to somebody they never answer the phone.
