6I don't care for the phone provider, cheap plans gets the same in service. Either it's cell service or customer service
The lady who helped me today when I went for a question was amazing and very knowledgeable with great customer service skills, unlike the rude one on 2902 goliad. She had patience with me with my questions, and with her help, I was able to get a refund over the phone. It was a lot of back and fourth with other representatives from calling 3x and going to 2 stores. Pretty much took up my whole day, but I will definitely be back to this store.
If I could leave no stars I would the first time I went to this metro I went because another metro told me they were having a promo for a free phone if u add a line. So I came here told one of the women that work here about it she said no they dont have that promo fine but she obviously has no customer service skills it could've been said differently, then today I went in to buy a phone she bummed rushed me with all these questions asked for my pin to my account as I'm looking for the a phone she asked are you paying for cash or card I said card she was like our card machine is down only cash do you want to go to heb to take cash out. Ummmmm obviously no they were about to close so I'm assuming she just wanted me to leave. Horrible customer service skill I asked if she was the manager n she said yes I just walked out. Of course she was like have a nice day with her sarcasm. I can't believe shes a manager. I guess metro has no standards when it comes to hiring managers.
The girls are very sweet and honest here! Definitely going back. Too bad some crazy customers started yelling in the store today just because the assistant manager wouldn't help them commit fraud on an account. That big girl was crazy ghetto. Shout out to Angelica for keeping it super professional! Snaps Angelica and Destiny keep up the good work
Rude customer service don't go here they have attitude hopefully next time is better
