The service here is not all that great as it is when I visit my own star here across South Park mall with the wizard

No fuss is what we love about Metro T-Mobile. This place was so clean & nice and the staff super friendly especially working on the 1st day of 2023. Ashley W.was so helpful and friendly that she answered all our questions and then helped us decide between an insurance claim for an old device and an upgrade. We decided on the upgrade and it was the best choice for us. Thank you so much!

Wasn't Metro. In the past 10 years I've been a loyal customer of 2lines. Never offered a discount or any appreciation. Mireya Alanis is the only reason for my rating. Need every Metro employee to have her customer service an appreciation.

Whatever you do do not get metro by T-Mobile at this location. I don't know the girls name, but I went in having a problem with my phone. She snatched my phone out of my hand when I went in to see about the problem. Then the girl was very rude and talked down to me. I ended up going to Boost. Got a better deal. I would not recommend metro to my worst enemy
